Ringkasan Pekerjaan (Job Purpose)

Develop and provide mine engineering work of brown field and green field mine development projects in PTVI Contract of Work within Sorowako Operation, actively involve for technical study phase (following FEL deliverable), execution to the commissioning phase of the project and delivered and completed the technical study on time within budget while maintaining a high level of quantity, quality, and safely to meet the project objectives.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab (Task & Responsibility) :

1. Actively involve for Environment, Health, Safety, and Risk (EHSR) standards and regulations by ensuring working environmental conditions, equipment, materials, methods, and 5S following PTVI standards with the aim of minimizing risk, achieving safe and secure conditions (Zero Harm), and achieved work productivity targets
2. Coordinate with all sections across PTVI department to seek potential opportunities to increase productivity, mine plan accuracy and to provide cost system operation effectively.
3. Implementing mine continuous improvement initiatives from technical study phase for sustainability of the improvements
4. Mine planning expert in development and application mine software, mine design, equipment schedule optimization, mine pit and reserve scheduling optimization, cut of grade optimization for short term to long term mine planning
5. Project engineer on mine development and infrastructure of new area / new operation from mine planning to commissioning phase with ensuring all cost, quantity and quality expectations are met on a timely basis and operational safely.
6. Provide technical assistance in review of FEL studies to fulfill FEL requirement using standard feasibility evaluation tools.
7. Identify, evaluate and develop action plan to close the gaps in order to integrate FEL study into mine production plan and mine operation for sustainability result
8. Develop good communication and coordinate with other areas of operations (exploration and geology, mine planning, mine operation, hydrology and geotechnical, and other support department) to ensure maximum synergies and efficiencies are delivered
9. Provide the analysis, follow up, tracking and reporting of all project to better enable right business decisions and reduce likelihood of unexpected events
10. Prepare official company report related to project such as RKAB (Guidelines for Work Plan and Budget) report, Mineral Conservation Report, etc. on quarterly and yearly basis in order to comply with Government regulation requirement.
11. Prepare mine budget including production and cost profiles, supplies, support and service, mine development contract and critical success factors to ensure project budget optimization.
12. Prepare and present periodic progress report of PTVI project study to monitor project study milestones

Persyaratan (Qualification) :

• Umum :

1. Sehat jasmani & rohani, dibuktikan dengan surat keterangan sehat dari Rumah Sakit.
2. Memiliki keinginan bekerja yang tinggi, berdedikasi, dapat bekerjasama secara individual dan tim, aktif, jujur dan bertanggung jawab.
3. Memiliki KTP dan berdomisili di Luwu Timur di Luwu Timur. (Untuk Penerimaan Lokal)
4. Bersedia ditempatkan di Luwu Timur atau Memiliki KTP dan berdomisili di Luwu Timur. (Untuk Penerimaan Nasional)
5. Tidak memiliki catatan kriminal, dibuktikan dengan SKCK dari kepolisian.
6. Sudah melakukan Vaksinasi Covid-19 minimal yang pertama, dibuktikan dengan Sertifikat atau Surat Keterangan Vaksinasi Covid-19 dari aplikasi Peduli Lindungi Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia.

• Khusus :

1. S1 Mine Engineering
2. 5 years experiences in related field background.
3. Specify Certification :
   • Profesional Engineering Certification (P. Eng) (Preferred)
   • Pengawas Operational Madya (POM)/Safety certification Midle Operation Supervisor (Mandatory)
   • Project Management Professional Certification Program (PMP) (Preferred)
   • Certificate Competency Long Term Planning for Open Pit NQF 6 (Preferred)
4. Skill
   • English language skills
   • Project Delivery System of FEL
   • Mine planning, optimization. and exposure in mine operation, cost engineering, geotech and hydrology, financial evaluation
   • Report analysis skills and preparation of reports and technical documents
   • Presentation and communication skills
