Ringkasan Pekerjaan (Job Purpose)

To support the JV-HNI Project Manager to achieve his Health, Safety, Environmental and Operational Risk accountabilities in JV-HNI area based on government regulations requirement and PT. Vale Indonesia Tbk. HSER Policy, Standards, Procedures and Program, Vale instructions and others requirement. To deliver and facilitating services to the JV-HNI to achive PTVI HSER KPI and tolerable incident rate.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab (Task & Responsibility) :

1. To assure the implementations of all relevant elements of SMK3/ SMKK/ SMKP and PTVI HSOR-MS& EMS including newly introduced Policy, Manual, Instructions, Standards, Standard Procedures,Manuals/ Guidelines and Fatality Prevention Programs, including new instruction/ standard fromcorporate (if any) in effective and efficient manner.
2. To ensure and to maintain Project and JV’s employees adequate required knowledge andcompetencies of all relevant elements of the SMK3/ SMKK/ SMKP and PTVI HSOR-MS & EMSincluding newly introduced Policy, Manual, Instructions, Standards, Standard Procedures, Manuals/Guidelines and Fatality Prevention Programs; and to coordinate with HSOR Dept. Safety Training &Competencies on the socialization and training programs, formal HSER courses and new corporateinstruction in order to get required competencies.
3. To ensure the Department’s HSER performance assessed and reported in the standard system (SAP-IM) are well managed and accurately reported in timely and accurate manner it includes regularreportings, incident reporting, scorecards/ Leading and Lagging indicators (KPIs).
4. To perform analysis on Lagging indicators and Leading indicator of HSER, to identify and to reportbroad-based or systemic failures of the Department/ Project or JV to apply applicable HSOR andEnvironment Standards or Standard procedures, and to provide recommendation as subject matterexpert related to the HSER aspect achieved thoroughly.
5. To Act as Department’s HSER champion in facilitating the HSER Improvement and Mine SafetyCommittee (Komite KP), PPE Committee, Risk Workshop, corrective action plans addressing externaland internal EHS audits (include SMKP/ SMKK/ SMK3/ SMK2); coordination of Mine/ LabourInspectors inspections and management of mine book entries or any government officerrecommendation in order to be complied with related HSER and government regulations.
6. To manage Incident Management (Immediate response to significant EHS incidents within theDepartment/ Project), to perform investigation (Secretary of all middle committee investigations), andto propose recommendation action control and follow-up in order to avoid recurrence of the incident.
7. To act as Auditor Internal and internal consultant for HSOR MS, Environment (Hydrocarbon and WasteManagement Standards), and Standard/ requirements to support sustaining implementation of PTVIHSORMS & EMS
8. To support Project area in EHS Emergency & Crisis Condition, example: as EHS controller during thecrisis management in order to ensure the emergency and crisis condition well managed and properly
9. To facilitate JV Bussiness Partner in order to comply with PTVI HSER requirement such as facilitatingthe development of Risk Assessment, Environment Aspect Impact Analisys (EAIA), Rigging/ LiftingPlans, Scaffold Plans, Working At Heigths Plans, JSA/ SOP etc.

Persyaratan (Qualification) :

Umum :

1. Sehat jasmani & rohani, dibuktikan dengan surat keterangan sehat dari Rumah Sakit.
2. Memiliki keinginan bekerja yang tinggi, berdedikasi, dapat bekerjasama secara individual dan tim, aktif, jujur dan bertanggung jawab.
3. Memiliki KTP dan berdomisili di Luwu Timur.
4. Tidak memiliki catatan kriminal, dibuktikan dengan SKCK dari kepolisian.
5. Sudah melakukan Vaksinasi Covid-19 minimal yang pertama, dibuktikan dengan Sertifikat atau Surat Keterangan Vaksinasi Covid-19 dari aplikasi Peduli Lindungi Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia.

Khusus :

1. Min S1 Engineering/Technical/Science.
2. Min 8 years experience in related field
3. Certification (Preffered) :
   • SMKP Implementation from ESDM
   • SMKP Internal Auditor from ESDM
   • ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 Auditor Certificate
   • AK3 Umum Certificate (Labour Ministry or BNSP)
4. Skills :
   • Various PTVI operational location and/ or Major Projects activities,
   • Line Operation Supervisory (POM)
   • HSOR Management System – standards and implementation
   • Management System Auditor/ Internal Auditor (SMK3, SMKP, ISO 45001, ISO 14001)
   • Occupational Health and Safety Leading and Lagging Indicators and Statistics
   • Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment
   • Root Cause Analysis Techniques
   • Accident Investigation
   • Presentation skill
   • Process Improvement
   • Report Writing
   • Fluent in English (spoken and writing)
