Ringkasan Pekerjaan (Job Purpose)

Support the OR Manager in identifying, mapping, classifying and monitoring mitigating actions for the risk management in Head of Studies and Exploration Mngmt according to the OR processes in the governance adopted by PTVI. This role acts as the 2nd line of defense for the company’s risk treatment process.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab (Task & Responsibility) :

1. Validate all the decision taken from the risk assessment session conducted for each project, to facilitate the process of identification and evaluation potential risks related with the projects together with the project team, in accordance with the procedure described in OR processes adopted by PTVI
2. Work closely (as possible) with stakeholders to understand their concerns and expectations regarding project risks
3. Collect all the information required from the project team and conduct or run qualitative and quantitative risk analyzes to assess the probability and impact of adverse events
4. Assess the contingencies value of high and very high risks and ensure that project budgets take into account necessary data
5. Validate the action plans to mitigate identified risks, including prevention, transfer, mitigation and acceptance strategies
6. Clearly and effectively communicate the results of risk analyses, mitigation plans, and risk-related updates to the project team and stakeholders (target audience: BoD, Head of Studies and Exploration, Project Managers)
7. Implement continuous monitoring systems to evaluate the effectiveness of mitigation plans and identify new risks as the project progresses
8. Evaluate all the data recorded on the system and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all identified risks, their classifications, mitigation plans and implementation status
9. Participate in post-implementation reviews to analyze the effectiveness of mitigation strategies and propose improvements for future projects.

Persyaratan (Qualification) :

Umum :

1. Sehat jasmani & rohani, dibuktikan dengan surat keterangan sehat dari Rumah Sakit.
2. Memiliki keinginan bekerja yang tinggi, berdedikasi, dapat bekerjasama secara individual dan tim, aktif, jujur dan bertanggung jawab.
3. Memiliki KTP dan berdomisili di Luwu Timur. (LOKAL)
4. Bersedia ditempatkan di Luwu Timur (NASIONAL)
5. Tidak memiliki catatan kriminal, dibuktikan dengan SKCK dari kepolisian.
6. Sudah melakukan Vaksinasi Covid-19 minimal yang pertama, dibuktikan dengan Sertifikat atau Surat Keterangan Vaksinasi Covid-19 dari aplikasi Peduli Lindungi Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia.

Khusus :

1. Minimum Engineering Bachelor’s degree
2. Minimum 3 years experience in related role
3. Auditor courses in ISO’s standards – preferable
4. Occupational Safety and Risk Management Courses – preferable
5. Be Able to perform data analysis using PowerBI and excel
6. Be Able to run Monte Carlo simulations and Schedule Pre-checks in Primavera – preferable.
7. Skills :

• • Strong understanding Risk Assessment processes
  • Strong knowledge of Management systems (PDCA, LEAN, Continuous Improvement).
  • Organized, methodical and diligent in surveying, processing and verifying effectiveness in risk management
  • Strong understanding of OR processes, PNRs and internal Governance Vale BM requirements.
  • Mastering in report, presentation, writing skills, legal compliance management and database (system).
  • Understanding of costs and budgeting process.
  • Possess good communication, negotiation skills, English communication skill in both written and spoken
  • Strong understanding how to use management tools/applications (e.g. PowerBI)
