Harapan Sejahtera Utama (PT. HSU), perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang Penyedia Jasa Tenaga Kerja bagi PT. Vale Indonesia Tbk. area Sorowako, membutuhkan tenaga handal untuk mengisi posisi :

QA/QC MECHANICAL

• Ringkasan Pekerjaan (Job Purpose) :

To monitor and control quality aspects of mechanical installation include preparation of QA&QC documentation of a project. Provide technical assistant to operational and maintenance departments related to QA&QC matters.

• Tugas & Tanggung Jawab (Task & Responsibility) :

1. Comply with all PTVI and Engineering Department EHS procedures, standards and policies in Engineering Project area.
2. Establishes and directs the Project Quality Assurance & Quality Control program for Engineering.
3. Develop QA&QC document as part of project scope of work which to be issued for tender or construction.
4. Day to day monitor on all construction progress and activities and reports to Project Engineer and Project Manager.
5. Ensuring the Quality Assurance & Quality Control Program is correctly implemented to meet the requirements of the project
6. Arranging a register to house Quality Assurance & Quality Control documents.
7. Reporting exceptions or non-compliance simultaneously to the respective Project Manager & Project Engineer.
8. Monitor project material handling and inspects upon arrival at PTVI warehouse or construction site.
9. Resolve any mechanical, civil structural construction problems with communication to design engineer and submitting competent recommendation.
10. Prepare test and inspection document / report according to applied standards.
11. Familiar with the construction schedule and should know how the work that is being inspected fits into the overall schedule.
12. Reviewing and updating the Quality Assurance & Quality Control Program and Inspection and Test Plans.
13. Liaising with the Quality Assurance & Quality Control representative from the client; and Planning, performing and reporting on audits of subcontractors.
14. Identify, develop, initiatives improvement for PTVI mechanical infrastructures to be able to operate with high reliability and availability to achieve PTVI goals.

• Persyaratan (Qualification) :
• Umum :

1. Sehat jasmani & rohani, dibuktikan dengan surat keterangan sehat dari Rumah Sakit.
2. Memiliki keinginan bekerja yang tinggi, berdedikasi, dapat bekerjasama secara individual dan tim, aktif, jujur dan bertanggung jawab.
3. Memiliki KTP & Berdomisili di Luwu Timur.
4. Tidak memiliki catatan kriminal, dibuktikan dengan SKCK dari kepolisian.
5. Sudah melakukan Vaksinasi Covid-19 minimal yang pertama, dibuktikan dengan Sertifikat atau Surat Keterangan Vaksinasi Covid-19 dari aplikasi Peduli Lindungi Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia.

• Khusus :

1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering.
2. Minimum of 3-4 years field experience in QA/QC work.
3. Skills :
   1. Proficient in QA/QC process, mechanical engineering design, codes and standards, as well as various mechanical standard testing procedures
   2. Working knowledge of industrial mechanical equipment / devices
   3. Good understanding in mechanical theories and concepts
   4. Working knowledge using mechanical design/technical drawings.
   5. Experience in troubleshooting and provided root cause analysis for mechanical equipment failures
   6. Knowledge of utility and or power plant processes would be an added advantage.
   7. High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
   8. Ability to work collaboratively in team.
   9. Encouragement of attention to safety.
