Ringkasan Pekerjaan (Job Purpose)

Support PT Vale livelihood restoration plan in which currently need to be executed and monitored such as land resettlement program, recruitment issues and other social related issues, projects for public facilities and some of the projects and compensations will be continued until several years ahead (e.g Landslide Balonti, Construction of Lampesue Bridge, Construction of Security Post, Construction of MHR Timor Gap and Upgrade Petea-Bahodopi MHR Road). The person will support PT Vale team to prepare mitigation plan of PT Vale operation impact in mine plan activity in PT Vale’s empowerment area. Stages of livelihood restoration and compensation plan start from identification, verification, payment process and reporting should comply with requirements needed. Monitoring SDI System for all Interaction (allegation, complaint, request, information and compliment) and workplan of business resolution, commitment and Internal department support. Ready to be placed to work at Bahodopi Block 1  Mahalona Raya) site every working days.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab (Task & Responsibility) :

1. Technical assistance to support Mine Dept for exploration project activities to carry out an identification,assessment process, planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation, and prepare mitigation plan of PTVale operation impact
2. Support compensation and land acquisition start from identification, verification, payment process, reporting, andland certification, and should comply with requirements needed
3. Conduct mitigating social issues related PT Vale business process and problem solving.
4. Monitoring PT Vale strategic contribution and project commitment, and to provide document requirement as PTVale’s socioenvironmental investment procedure.
5. Monitoring SDI System for all Interaction (allegation, complaint, request, information and compliment) andworkplan of business resolution, strategic contribution, mitigation issues and complaint and stakeholder
6. Maintain and improve relationship with communities, local government, non-government organization and othercivil society groups and build company positive image
7. Perform risk mitigation, compile Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and other standard procedures that required forproject implementations
8. Ready to be placed to work at Bahodopi Block 1 (Mahalona Raya) site every working days.

Persyaratan (Qualification) :

Umum :

1. Sehat jasmani & rohani, dibuktikan dengan surat keterangan sehat dari Rumah Sakit.
2. Memiliki keinginan bekerja yang tinggi, berdedikasi, dapat bekerjasama secara individual dan tim, aktif, jujur dan bertanggung jawab.
3. Memiliki KTP dan berdomisili di Luwu Timur.
4. Tidak memiliki catatan kriminal, dibuktikan dengan SKCK dari kepolisian.
5. Sudah melakukan Vaksinasi Covid-19 minimal yang pertama, dibuktikan dengan Sertifikat atau Surat Keterangan Vaksinasi Covid-19 dari aplikasi Peduli Lindungi Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia.

Khusus :

1. Min S1 Education/ Social Science/ Economics
2. Min 6 months experience in related field.
