Ringkasan Pekerjaan (Job Purpose)

Develop and implements the planning, scheduling, and estimating of the engineering function to ensure that the project executed safely, and the technical matters comply with Engineering Work Package (EWP) in accordance with the agreed scope and engineering design, schedule and budget and costs.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab (Task & Responsibility) :

1. Implementing and supervising Environment, Health, Safety, and Risk (EHSR) standards and regulations by ensuring working environmental conditions, equipment, materials, methods, worker behavior, and 5S under area responsibility with the aim of minimizing risk, achieving safe and secure conditions (Zero Harm), clean environment, and achieved work productivity targets.
2. Coordinates the interface between Engineering and Procurement on technical matters and develop the engineering plan and design with overall project requirements to prepare engineering work package (EWP).
3. Provides engineering direction and support for the procurement, construction, and contractors in the formulation of the procurement and construction plans.
4. Recommends the selection of consultants, design contractors, major equipment suppliers, and construction contractors.
5. Establishes and directs the Project Quality Assurance program for Engineering to ensure the project result in accordance with the agreed scope and engineering design.
6. Reviews and recommends approval for payment of all engineering contractor invoices to ensure the progress and payment in accordance with scope of contract of work.
7. Resolves and reporting any technical problems and makes appropriate recommendations to the Project Manager on the effectiveness of the Quality Assurance Program and resolving any problems in this regard.
8. Liaising with the Quality Assurance representative from the client, planning, performing and reporting on audits of subcontractors.

Persyaratan (Qualification) :

Umum :

1. Sehat jasmani & rohani, dibuktikan dengan surat keterangan sehat dari Rumah Sakit.
2. Memiliki keinginan bekerja yang tinggi, berdedikasi, dapat bekerjasama secara individual dan tim, aktif, jujur dan bertanggung jawab.
3. Memiliki KTP dan berdomisili di Luwu Timur. (LOKAL)
4. Bersedia ditempatkan di Luwu Timur (NASIONAL)
5. Tidak memiliki catatan kriminal, dibuktikan dengan SKCK dari kepolisian.
6. Sudah melakukan Vaksinasi Covid-19 minimal yang pertama, dibuktikan dengan Sertifikat atau Surat Keterangan Vaksinasi Covid-19 dari aplikasi Peduli Lindungi Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia.

Khusus :

1. Minimum Engineering Bachelor’s degree
2. Minimum 4 years working experience in as Engineer or related to Project Management position.
3. The Frontline Operation Supervisor certificate (Pengawas Operational Pertama/POP) – mandatory (The required certificate is mandatory but can be completed independently during the onboarding process)
4. Willingness to be working at Tanamalia Area
5. Skills :
   • Good in English both spoken and written.
   • Project Management Skills
   • Scope and Deliverable Development
   • Knowledgeable on Capital Planning and Scheduling
   • Knowledgeable on Contract Administration (Expert is ideal)
   • Project cost estimation knowledge
   • Safety system and policy knowledge
   • Contractor Development Process
