Ringkasan Pekerjaan (Job Purpose)

Assist the Part Coordinator, Maintenance coordinator and Workers (Mechanic, electrician, and welder), create, complete, and close PMO, Input data into the system, prepare Spare Parts according to the Part Coordinator’s request, Maintenance coordinator and workers for worker duties run smoothly so that the work is completed on time.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab (Task & Responsibility) :

1. Assist the Maintenance coordinator and Part Coordinator in preparing (picking up, looking for)spare parts for planned and emergency work so that spare parts are ready before workers need
2. Help workers identify part numbers, issue spare parts and pick up and deliver spare parts toworkers so that workers continue to do work so that it is finished quickly.
3. Record and report parts that are out of stock and report them to the part coordinator so that thepart coordinator can consider how to purchase the part through Air freight or first vessel.
4. Make PMO, complete PMO, close PMO, Review PMO, and inform data and PMO according tothe needs of the Maintenance Coordinator and work in the shop, so that the work history is caughtand recorded properly in the system.
5. Input maintenance data into the system, maintain the data so that it is always ready to be usedin analyzing the maintenance system.

Persyaratan (Qualification) :

Umum :

1. Sehat jasmani & rohani, dibuktikan dengan surat keterangan sehat dari Rumah Sakit.
2. Memiliki keinginan bekerja yang tinggi, berdedikasi, dapat bekerjasama secara individual dan tim, aktif, jujur dan bertanggung jawab.
3. Memiliki KTP dan berdomisili di Luwu Timur.
4. Tidak memiliki catatan kriminal, dibuktikan dengan SKCK dari kepolisian.
5. Sudah melakukan Vaksinasi Covid-19 minimal yang pertama, dibuktikan dengan Sertifikat atau Surat Keterangan Vaksinasi Covid-19 dari aplikasi Peduli Lindungi Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia.

Khusus :

1. Min S1 all majors
2. Prefereable 1 year in related work background (Part Chaser) and/or 1 years in spare part management / handling.
3. Skills :
   1. Have a good communication skill
   2. Have a basic knowledge of mechanical and heavy duty equipment
   3. Have Drive Lisence A (SIMPOL A)
   4. Bahasa Indonesia and English language skills
   5. Has knowledge of spare part management and processes principle
   6. Familiar with standard Microsoft Office & SAP
