Ringkasan Pekerjaan (Job Purpose)

Create a plan, design and coordinate mining activities readiness for Mines Project and implement Vale Production System (VPS) in Tanamalia area to improve mine operational readiness process to ensure that these are completed safely in accordance with the agreed scope, schedule and budget, and to meet the planned project objectives.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab (Task & Responsibility) :

1. Implementing Environment, Health, Safety, and Risk (EHSR) standards and regulations by ensuring work environment conditions, equipment, materials, methods, worker behavior, and 5S under area responsibility with the aim of minimizing risk, achieving safe and secure conditions (Zero Harm), clean environment, and achieved work productivity targets.
2. Prepare and identified in the contract documents, e.g. design and construction and commissioning activities, delivery of supporting documentation from design team, vendors and suppliers (and sometimes start-up and performance testing of the completed asset).
3. Contributions to the Project e.g. checking operability, maintainability, reviews and output of design, confirming modes of operation of equipment, participation in safety activity, commissioning, and start-up activities.
4. Create a plan, report, design and coordinate mining activities readiness for Mines Project and implement Vale Production System (VPS) in Tanamalia area to improve mine operational readiness process to ensure that these are completed safely in accordance with the agreed scope, schedule and budget, and to meet the planned project objectives.
5. Coordinate general project management activities (e.g. planning, recruitment and training, manpower mobilization, cost control) to execute project phases mine operational and maintenance readiness to achieve the objective adherence to budget and planning.
6. Manage the planning and execution of commissioning activities to ensure that the project activities run based on project schedule and budget.
7. Manage the planning and execution of the ramp-up curve and costs to ensure aligment with project plan.
8. Manage the planning and execution of the handover to operations to ensure the transition run effectively and efficient according to the plan.
9. Communicate project status, performance, and issues to key stakeholders. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with business partners to support the implementation of new KPIs, processes, and reports.

Persyaratan (Qualification) :

Umum :

1. Sehat jasmani & rohani, dibuktikan dengan surat keterangan sehat dari Rumah Sakit.
2. Memiliki keinginan bekerja yang tinggi, berdedikasi, dapat bekerjasama secara individual dan tim, aktif, jujur dan bertanggung jawab.
3. Memiliki KTP dan berdomisili di Luwu Timur. (LOKAL)
4. Bersedia ditempatkan di Luwu Timur (NASIONAL)
5. Tidak memiliki catatan kriminal, dibuktikan dengan SKCK dari kepolisian.
6. Sudah melakukan Vaksinasi Covid-19 minimal yang pertama, dibuktikan dengan Sertifikat atau Surat Keterangan Vaksinasi Covid-19 dari aplikasi Peduli Lindungi Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia.

Khusus :

1. Minimum S1/D4 degree Mining Engineer or related
2. Minimum 1.5 years experiences in related role (Operational Activity) is a must.
3. Competent and certified of First-Level Operation Supervisor on Mining (POP) – mandatory
4. Middle Operation Management (POM) will be advantages – not mandatory
5. Skills :
   • Accustomed to using mining software, such as Vulcan, whittle,etc.
   • Have knowledge about laterite deposite and nickel business process
   • Have knowledge in PT Vale’s operations
   • Fluent in English both spoken and writing.
   • Advance level in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point) and Power BI will be advantages.
   • Fast learner, team worker, having a good integrity and be able to work under pressure.
