Ringkasan Pekerjaan (Job Purpose)

Create a plan, design and coordinate readiness of mine plan and implement Vale Production System (VPS) in Tanamalia area, and to improve mine plan readiness process to ensure the quality and maturity of mine plan are meet with the standard and governance.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab (Task & Responsibility) :

1. Implementing Environment, Health, Safety, and Risk (EHSR) standards and regulations by ensuring work environment conditions, equipment, materials, methods, worker behavior, and 5S under area responsibility with the aim of minimizing risk, achieving safe and secure conditions (Zero Harm), clean environment, and achieved work productivity targets.
2. Prepare and identified in the contract documents, e.g. Create a plan, design and coordinate readiness of mine plan and implement Vale Production System (VPS) in Tanamalia area.
3. Create a plan, design and coordinate readiness of mine plan and implement Vale Production System (VPS) in Tanamalia area, and to improve mine plan readiness process to ensure the quality and maturity of mine plan are meet with the standard and governance.
4. Prepare mobilization and training for the future operation personnel to ensure that the operation can be run immediately after the handover process, commissioning, ramp-up and handover for Tanamalia.
5. Data Evaluation and Analysis: Evaluate project to assess performance, identify trends, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
6. Problem-Solving: Identify issues and propose solutions to enhance project efficiency. Implement corrective actions to address any performance gaps.
7. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project status, performance, and issues to key stakeholders. Prepare and present project-related documents, including status updates and analysis reports.
8. Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to review, monitor, and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of service delivery and asset management.
9. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with business partners to support the implementation of new KPIs, processes, and reports.

Persyaratan (Qualification) :

Umum :

1. Sehat jasmani & rohani, dibuktikan dengan surat keterangan sehat dari Rumah Sakit.
2. Memiliki keinginan bekerja yang tinggi, berdedikasi, dapat bekerjasama secara individual dan tim, aktif, jujur dan bertanggung jawab.
3. Memiliki KTP dan berdomisili di Luwu Timur. (LOKAL)
4. Bersedia ditempatkan di Luwu Timur (NASIONAL)
5. Tidak memiliki catatan kriminal, dibuktikan dengan SKCK dari kepolisian.

Khusus :

1. Minimum S1/D4 degree Mining Engineer or related
2. Minimum 1.5 years experiences in related role – preferable in mine plan.
3. Competent and certified of First-Level Operation Supervisor on Mining (POP) – mandatory
4. Middle Operation Management (POM) will be advantages – not mandatory
5. Skills :
   • Accustomed to using mining software, such as Vulcan, whittle,etc.
   • Have knowledge about laterite deposite and nickel business process
   • Have knowledge in PT Vale’s operations
   • Fluent in English both spoken and writing.
   • Intermediate – Advance level in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point) and Power BI will be advantages.
   • Fast learner, team worker, having a good integrity and be able to work under pressure.
