Ringkasan Pekerjaan (Job Purpose)

The Newsroom Officer will act as multimedia content creator, responsible for producing high-quality, engaging content across various communication platforms. This role focuses on creating versatile content, including videos, graphics, photography, and written materials, that align with the company’s communication strategies. The content produced will support internal and external communications, ensuring consistent messaging and brand voice across all channels.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab (Task & Responsibility) :

1. Content creation: Develop and produce a wide range of multimedia content, including videos, design, photos, and articles for internal communications, and external communications.
2. Knowledge-based content: Creating content that showcases the company’s expertise, such as white papers, industry insights, tough leadership, and educational materials.
3. Coverage-base content: Creates newsworthy content related to current events, company activities, and timely news that enhances the company’s visibility and engagement.
4. Visual storytelling: Use creative skills to tell compelling stories that resonate with target audiences, including employees, stakeholders, and the public.
5. Editing and optimization: Edit and optimize content for various platforms, ensuring it meets technical specifications and is tailored to the platform’s audience.
6. Content strategy: Contribute to content planning sessions, bringing creative ideas and concepts to the table that align with the overall communication strategy.
7. Quality control: Maintain high standards of quality across all content, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and adherence to the company’s guidelines.
8. Content repurposing: Adapt existing content for multiple platforms to maximize reach and impact.
9. Equipment management: Ensuring all communications equipment, including cameras, audio devices, lighting, and editing tools, are properly maintained, functional, and ready for use.
10. Crisis communication: Assist in managing the company’s reputation by follow up potential crises in a timely and effective manner.
11. Collaboration: Work closely with the Newsroom team, including Newsroom Coordinator and Digital Media Specialists, to ensure cohesive content that supports the company’s objectives.

Persyaratan (Qualification) :

Umum :

1. Sehat jasmani & rohani, dibuktikan dengan surat keterangan sehat dari Rumah Sakit.
2. Memiliki keinginan bekerja yang tinggi, berdedikasi, dapat bekerjasama secara individual dan tim, aktif, jujur dan bertanggung jawab.
3. Memiliki KTP dan berdomisili di Luwu Timur.
4. Tidak memiliki catatan kriminal, dibuktikan dengan SKCK dari kepolisian.
5. Sudah melakukan Vaksinasi Covid-19 minimal yang pertama, dibuktikan dengan Sertifikat atau Surat Keterangan Vaksinasi Covid-19 dari aplikasi Peduli Lindungi Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia.

Khusus :

1. Min Secondary School (SMA/SMK/MA Sederajat).
2. Minimum 3 year experience in related field.
3. Relevant certifications in public relations, content creation, multimedia production, graphic design, writing, or digital marketing (preferred).
4. Pelamar wajib menyertakan portofolio project atau produk komunikasi yg pernah di kerjakan sebelumnya dalam bentuk dokumen.
5. Skill :
   • Tech-Savvy: Having a strong understanding of technology and using it effectively to do the job and solve problems.
   • SEO and SEM Knowledge: Understanding of search engine optimization and search engine marketing principles to enhance content visibility and effectiveness.
   • Fluency in English: Strong command of written and spoken English to ensure clear and effective communication across all content.
