Ringkasan Pekerjaan (Job Purpose)

Observe energy-efficient design solutions, energy conservation measures, technology upgrades analysis include new renewable energy opportunities feasibility study with good quality of deliverables, meets company standards and National & International codes standards.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab (Task & Responsibility) :

1. Involve in engineering design, construction project, start-up/turnover, and subsequent Operations & Maintenance procedures in PTVI related to energy projects.
2. Involve in energy audit program within PTVI operation to achieve energy efficiency program and company associated target/ KPI’s.
3. Observe energy consumption & performance of power plants (hydroelectric, steam turbine generators & diesel generators) and auxiliary plants (water, steam & air) for energy and cost
4. Provide strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical energy-use concepts to non-technical and non-financial people to sustain and continuously improve energy project management.
5. Analyze, interpret, or create graphical representations of energy data consumption using engineering software to get accurate information of SWAP energy consumption.
6. Provide technical support within PT Vale Indonesia to develop effective and efficient energy design solution and technology upgrade.
7. Involve in feasibility study and promote awareness of energy efficiency and renewable energy opportunities at PTVI operation to determine energy use or potential energy savings.
8. Inspect or monitor energy systems to determine energy use or potential energy savings.
9. Observe energy savings opportunities and propose recommendation of energy conservation measures at PTVI operation to achieve more energy efficient operation.
10. Having knowldge about decarbonization program.
11. Involve in architectural, mechanical or electrical analysis, plans and specifications at PTVI to evaluate energy efficiency and engineering feasibility.
12. Specify and select material and equipment for Engineering and Maintenance Projects.
13. Prepare and issue Material Requisition and closely monitor purchase status for Engineering and Maintenance Projects.
14. Supervise project construction / execution as Quality Control Engineer.
15. Develop Mechanical Engineering Specifications and Standard Drawings.
16. Respond immediately for hydro-hermal plant call-out outside working hours.
17. Assist Plant Operation to analyze Process upset condition.
18. Peer review of design Mechanical Engineering.

Persyaratan (Qualification) :

Umum :

1. Sehat jasmani & rohani, dibuktikan dengan surat keterangan sehat dari Rumah Sakit.
2. Memiliki keinginan bekerja yang tinggi, berdedikasi, dapat bekerjasama secara individual dan tim, aktif, jujur dan bertanggung jawab.
3. Memiliki KTP dan berdomisili di Luwu Timur. (LOKAL)
4. Bersedia ditempatkan di Luwu Timur (NASIONAL)
5. Tidak memiliki catatan kriminal, dibuktikan dengan SKCK dari kepolisian.

Khusus :

1. Bachelor Degree (S1) of Mechanical Engineering.
2. Having minimum 3 years working experience related energy engineering.
3. Moderate to advanced computer skills, particularly in MS Office e.g Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, engineering software.
4. Knowledge of energy engineering principles to find engineering solution of energy efficiency.
5. Having Energy Auditor certification and pass certification by LSP HAKE according BNSP (Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi) acknowledgment. (Mandatory)
6. Having insinyur certificate (Mandatory)
7. Skills :
   • Strong verbal & written communication skills
   • Self motivated, with the ability to work independently.
   • Good initiatives and and cognitive thinking skills.
