Ringkasan Pekerjaan (Job Purpose)

Accountable Mechanical engineering design work from engineering feasibility study phase to the commissioning phase of the project with a good quality of deliverables, meets company standards and National & International codes & standards.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab (Task & Responsibility) :

1. Comply with all PTVI and Engineering Department EHS procedures, standards and policies in Engineering Project area.
2. Ability to innovate independently and work with other Engineers/Maintenance to develop ideas into a detailed scheme supported by calculations.
3. Provide Mechanical Engineering support for the design and development of new innovative designs, resolve technical problems with existing equipment, and throughout development projects
4. Ability to optimize process and using statistical tools to develop engineering improvement and solution.
5. Provide engineering recommendation on any deviations to solve the problem.
6. Resolve technical issues during project execution and complete commissioning after project is completed, to ensure the project meets the planned objectives.
7. Coaching and mentoring engineers to improve design method, quality and minimize design production time. Technical review to other Engineers design.
8. Provide comprehensive report as reference for engineering calculation, methods, project execution and modifications.

Persyaratan (Qualification) :

Umum :

1. Sehat jasmani & rohani, dibuktikan dengan surat keterangan sehat dari Rumah Sakit.
2. Memiliki keinginan bekerja yang tinggi, berdedikasi, dapat bekerjasama secara individual dan tim, aktif, jujur dan bertanggung jawab.
3. Memiliki KTP dan berdomisili di Luwu Timur. (LOKAL)
4. Bersedia ditempatkan di Luwu Timur (NASIONAL)
5. Tidak memiliki catatan kriminal, dibuktikan dengan SKCK dari kepolisian.
6. Sudah melakukan Vaksinasi Covid-19 minimal yang pertama, dibuktikan dengan Sertifikat atau Surat Keterangan Vaksinasi Covid-19 dari aplikasi Peduli Lindungi Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia.

Khusus :

1. Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering
2. Minimum 5 years work experience as Mechanical Engineer on engineering consultant, on mining or heavy industry plant, or as Mechanical Project Engineer with EPC company
3. Additional technical license or certification may be required
4. Skills :
   • Familiar with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) Software.
   • Thermodynamic Calculation
   • Fluid Mechanic calculation and software (AFT Fathom, CFD fluid mechanic)
   • Vibration analyst competence
   • Excellent in Excel for Pivot, Power query, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)
   • Familiar with MATLAB, Python, AFT Fathom
   • Capable in English
   • Strong communication skills
