Ringkasan Pekerjaan (Job Purpose) :

Control the quality of Electrical & Instrument work carried out by the Contractor or carried out by Electrical & Instrument of Construction Services. Including supporting business improvement and technical advisors including update SOP & Provide new SOP for new hand tools and others.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab (Task & Responsibility) :

1. Implementing Environment, Health, Safety, and Risk (EHSR) standards and regulations by ensuring work environment conditions, equipment, materials, methods, worker behavior, and 5S under area responsibility with the aim of minimizing risk, achieving safe and secure conditions (Zero Harm), clean environment, and achieved work productivity targets.
2. Arrange, review, collect, understand, and apply the quality standards of Electrical & Instrument work in accordance with the standards of PTVI.
3. Create and implement a QA / QC program for Electrical & Instrument work under the coordination of the PTVI Construction Services Department to maintain the quality of work results both in the construction process and the results.
4. Monitor the performance (performance) of the quality of Electrical & Instrument construction work based on the QA / QC program by systematically conducting inspections and tests in accordance with work steps to achieve quality work in accordance with specifications and standards. Able to provide technical analysis of matters relating to mechanical construction work.
5. Technical Advisor, constructability reviews of Electrical & Instrument, work method
6. Arranging training programs for Electrical & Instrument and safety construction disciplines related to Electrical & Instrument work including acting as instructors in workshops in the field of Electrical & Instrument and safety construction work to get a solid construction team with high technical and safety skills.
7. Review the constructability aspects of Electrical & Instrument work packages before the construction phase.
8. Creating a construction method for Electrical & Instrument work as part of continuous improvement with the goal is the achievement of safe and effective work execution to achieve time and cost targets. Comply with all PTVI and Engineering Department EHS procedures, standards, and policies in Engineering Project area.

Persyaratan (Qualification) :

Umum :

1. Sehat jasmani & rohani, dibuktikan dengan surat keterangan sehat dari Rumah Sakit.
2. Memiliki keinginan bekerja yang tinggi, berdedikasi, dapat bekerjasama secara individual dan tim, aktif, jujur dan bertanggung jawab.
3. Memiliki KTP & Berdomisili di Luwu Timur.
4. Tidak memiliki catatan kriminal, dibuktikan dengan SKCK dari kepolisian.
5. Sudah melakukan Vaksinasi Covid-19 minimal yang pertama, dibuktikan dengan Sertifikat atau Surat Keterangan Vaksinasi Covid-19 dari aplikasi Peduli Lindungi Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia.

Khusus :

1. Minimum Education :
   1. D3 Elektro min. 4 years experience, or
   2. SMA min. 8 years experience
2. Skill & knowledge:
   1. Coordinate electrical and instrument job and constructor crew on daily basis.
   2. Involving several safety aspects that are Isolation lock Out, high power voltage system (33KV), Working at Height, Confined Space across PPEPF operational area.
   3. Technical knowledge on electrical & instrumentation, its material and application.
   4. Technical knowledge on engineering drawing and multidiscipline construction.
   5. Computer literate & communication skill.
