Ringkasan Pekerjaan (Job Purpose)

The Loss Prevention Engineer serves as a technical and administrative support specialist for PTVI’s  Process Safety team, primarily focusing on fire prevention and protection engineering. This role aims  to support the development, implementation, and monitoring of programs that ensure the integrity of  fire control systems, adherence to relevant standards and RAGAGEP, and assist in mitigating fire related risks to personnel, assets, and operations.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab (Task & Responsibility) :

1. Support the development and implementation of inspection, maintenance, and preventative programs for all fire control systems, ensuring alignment with national and international standards (e.g., NFPA, FM Global, API, SNI).
2. Assist in the monitoring and administrative management of HIRA critical controls specifically related to fire protection, ensuring their ongoing integrity and performance.
3. Contribute to the application and adherence of Recognized And Generally Accepted Good Engineering Practices (RAGAGEP) concerning fire and process safety engineering within PTVI’s operations.
4. Prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate documentation related to fire system inspections, maintenance activities, performance monitoring, and compliance status.
5. Support the review of design documents and Management of Change (MoC) requests for new projects or modifications, providing input on fire safety aspects and potential impacts.
6. Assist in the review and provide recommendations on fire protection designs, ensuring they meet relevant standards and internal requirements.
7. Review and provide recommendations on testing reports (Berita Acara Pengujian) for submission to KTT
8. Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure fire safety considerations are integrated into operational procedures and emergency response plans.

Persyaratan (Qualification) :

Umum :

1. Sehat jasmani & rohani, dibuktikan dengan surat keterangan sehat dari Rumah Sakit.
2. Memiliki keinginan bekerja yang tinggi, berdedikasi, dapat bekerjasama secara individual dan tim, aktif, jujur dan bertanggung jawab.
3. Bersedia ditempatkan di Luwu Timur.
4. Tidak memiliki catatan kriminal, dibuktikan dengan SKCK dari kepolisian.

Khusus :

1. Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemical/Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Safety.
2. 4 years of experience related to engineering design and/or fire engineering/ process safety/ loss prevention.
3. CFSE or CFSP Fire Protection Trainings is preferred.
