Ringkasan Pekerjaan (Job Purpose) :

Carry out reliability function as to develop strategies maintenance, asset performance management and reliability issue management to achieve production plan, financial goal, and compliance with EHS and government standard.

• Strategies maintenance function is to develop and improve asset maintenance strategies that aim to make assets reliable in accordance with the operation context.
• Asset Performance Management function is to analyze asset performance and recognize the early failure symptoms to take corrective action before a major unplanned breakdown occurs.
• Reliability Issue Management function is to evaluate design, analyze asset conditions and make improvements aims to improve asset performance and strategy of maintenance.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab (Task & Responsibility) :

1. Ensure EHS program and standard implementation within accountabilities area meet the company target and goals.
2. Setup maintenance strategy (routines and asset integrity, include creates maintenance standard job) in CM MS/ERP (SAP) thus every equipment has sustainability asset maintenance program.
3. Define, measures, and control reliability and availability target of process plant equipment to align with production plan and forecast requirement and ensure any deviation from target is properly addressed and well communicated to relevant stake holder.
4. Control Reliability Analyst team to plan, implement and control proactive maintenance strategies (MST) to ensure strategies are effective, efficient, and consistently executed with quality and timely manners.
5. Control data management of process plant equipment related to maintenance history in structured way thus the maintenance information is available continuously for analysis and documented.
6. Equipment performance analysis, control maintenance performance and facilitates deviation treatment to identify improvement opportunity by providing project charter as continuous efforts to leverage asset performances
7. Improvement and monitoring of facilities or IT solution system of maintenance work management or equipment health condition monitoring system in order to ensure the solution are accurate, updated, and usable to improve maintenance management performance.
8. Control corporate or government certification program for pressure vessel and lifting equipment in process plant area.
9. Lead or involve on investigates major equipment failures (breakdown related to production and risk EHS) to develop recommendations to ensure no future repetitive breakdown.

Persyaratan (Qualification) :

Umum :

1. Sehat jasmani & rohani, dibuktikan dengan surat keterangan sehat dari Rumah Sakit.
2. Memiliki keinginan bekerja yang tinggi, berdedikasi, dapat bekerjasama secara individual dan tim, aktif, jujur dan bertanggung jawab.
3. Memiliki KTP dan berdomisili di Luwu Timur. (LOKAL)
4. Bersedia ditempatkan di Luwu Timur (NASIONAL)
5. Tidak memiliki catatan kriminal, dibuktikan dengan SKCK dari kepolisian.

Khusus :

1. Min Bachelor Degree (S-1) in Engineering of Mechanical/ Electrical / Instrument/ Industry.
2. 1 year working experience (experience in plant maintenance or operations area Process Plant is preferred)
3. POP/POM (preferable).
4. Kesempatan terbuka bagi yang pernah mengikuti program Co-Ops di PT Vale Indonesia, khususnya di area Process Plant, namun tetap wajib memenuhi persyaratan lainnya
5. Skill :
   • Computer skills (Excel/ Power Bi/ Statistical Tools).
   • Reliability Data Analysis (Analytical Thinking & Improvement).
   • Understanding SAP Plant Maintenance System (Equipment Register Task List Maintenance Plan, Maintenance Scheduling).
   • Understand Asset Health/ Performance Management.
   • Basic knowledge Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), FMEA and Root Cause Analysis.
   • Maintenance Work Management Basic Knowledge.
   • Budgeting and Material Management Knowledge.
   • Asset Management Framework Knowledge.
   • Analytical Data and Process Control Analysis.
   • SPC – Statistics Process Control.
   • Basic Life Cycle Cost Analysis.
   • Proactive and Self-motivated.
   • Problem Solving and Good Communication skill.
