JNR PROCUREMENT ANALYST

• Ringkasan Pekerjaan (Job Purpose) :

Prepare and proceed the tender to source goods and services within the targeted service level. Tender  process shall comply to the PT Vale Indonesia Procurement Norm, meet with customer requirement at  the best Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). Establish a good communication between users and suppliers,  prepare  and control tender process and documentations to achieve the most effective process, and  ensure that all processes are comply within PT Vale Indonesia ethical and business conduct.

• Tugas & Tanggung Jawab (Task & Responsibility) :

1. Clarify and collect all relevant information and specifications to ensure that goods or services that are going to be purchased are meet user requirement.
2. Prepare Request for Quotation (RFQ)/ Tender in accordance with PT Vale Indonesia procedure.
3. Ensure appropriate standard methodology for evaluation of tenders is communicated to sponsor.
4. Assist sponsor with establishment of criteria and weightings for evaluation matrix. Ensure that tender
   clarification process is fully documented and communicated in accordance with tender instructions
5. To seek opportunity of economic supply goods and services to achieve cost effective. Obtain report
   of procurement savings to achieve annual procurement savings target.
6. Attending regular users’ meeting and acts as procurement representative in providing services and
   collect users’ feedback for continuous improvement of procurement services.
7. Provide comprehensive,  accurate  documents  and  auditable  (electronic  and/or  manual  record
   system) for all contract. Ensure that critical documents related to monitoring compliance with contract
   conditions are provided to administration section.
8. Promote the compliance of PT. Vale Indonesia business conduct to supplier and users through
   his/her communication and interaction and day to day basis.
9. Ensure that  EHS  requirements  in  contracts  are  properly  researched  and  approved  and  are
   appropriate to PTVI requirements. Strive to ensure that EHS requirements are fully recognized by
   contractors and establish direct communication with EHS department in the event of any discrepancy
   or lack of adherence, by any party, that has not been immediately responded to by the contract
   sponsor or contract manager.

• Persyaratan (Qualification) :
• Umum :

1. Sehat jasmani & rohani, dibuktikan dengan surat keterangan sehat dari Rumah Sakit.
2. Memiliki keinginan bekerja yang tinggi, berdedikasi, dapat bekerjasama secara individual dan tim, aktif, jujur dan bertanggung jawab.
3. Memiliki KTP & Berdomisili di Luwu Timur.
4. Tidak memiliki catatan kriminal, dibuktikan dengan SKCK dari kepolisian.
5. Sudah melakukan Vaksinasi Covid-19 minimal yang pertama, dibuktikan dengan Sertifikat atau Surat Keterangan Vaksinasi Covid-19 dari aplikasi Peduli Lindungi Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia.

• Khusus :

1. Bachelor (S1) degree in Engineering from reputable university/institution with minimum GPA is 3.00 (of scale 00).
2. Has experiences  in similar profile would be an advantage.
3. Skills :
   1. Computer literate, experienced in MS Office Application (Word,  Excel, Power Point).
   2. Good understanding on ERP-SAP will be an advantage.
   3. Fluent in English both spoken and writing.
   4. Fast learner, team worker, having a good integrity and be able to work under pressure.
