Ringkasan Pekerjaan (Job Purpose)

Provide Architectural engineering design work from engineering feasibility study phase to the construction phase of the project with a good quality of deliverables, meets company standards and National & International codes & standards.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab (Task & Responsibility) :

1. Comply with all PTVI and Engineering Department EHS procedures, standards and policies in Project area.
2. Provide technical assistant and overall overview but limited to layout, landscaping, building concept and budget.
3. Develop project scope and provide alternatives and recommendations to the project engineer, project manager and team as per agreement with project team.
4. Develop building material specification, landscaping specification and coordination with quality for quality construction performance. Develop cost estimate in accordance with project scope of work and technical specifications.
5. Produce tender scope of work coordinate with civil engineer, review technical bid and propose to project engineer and project manager for the best tender offer.
6. Perform periodic inspection to ensure the work is technically being performed in accordance with drawings and specifications.
7. Recommend and review improvements to PTVI Standards and Procedures for Manager approval
8. Identify, develop, justify and implement cost saving initiatives for Engineering work & equipment in his area of responsibility.

Persyaratan (Qualification) :

Umum :

1. Sehat jasmani & rohani, dibuktikan dengan surat keterangan sehat dari Rumah Sakit.
2. Memiliki keinginan bekerja yang tinggi, berdedikasi, dapat bekerjasama secara individual dan tim, aktif, jujur dan bertanggung jawab.
3. Memiliki KTP dan berdomisili di Luwu Timur. (LOKAL)
4. Bersedia ditempatkan di Luwu Timur (NASIONAL)
5. Tidak memiliki catatan kriminal, dibuktikan dengan SKCK dari kepolisian.
6. Sudah melakukan Vaksinasi Covid-19 minimal yang pertama, dibuktikan dengan Sertifikat atau Surat Keterangan Vaksinasi Covid-19 dari aplikasi Peduli Lindungi Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia.

Khusus :

1. Bachelor’s degree (S1) from Architect Engineering
2. Minimum 1.5 years work experience as Engineer design on engineering consultant or others.
3. Skills :
   • Interaction Management skills (oral & written communication, human relations)
   • Basic knowledge of Project Management systems and Principles.
   • Basic knowledge of Architect engineering, including but not limited to engineering design software and manual calculations.
   • Basic knowledge of multidiscipline engineering design – civil structural, mechanical, electrical & instrumentation
   • Basic knowledge on procurement and contract administration process
   • Basic knowledge of project cost estimation
   • Basic knowledge in EHS system and policies
   • Computer & Internet literate
   • English language skills
