Ringkasan Pekerjaan (Job Purpose)

Supports and working collaboratively within EPM Department to continously improve environment and sustainability best practices through innovative, effective and efficient pricipples to achieve organization target towards environment excellence.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab (Task & Responsibility) :

1. Regularly track and monitor assigned environmental aspect (water, effluent, emission, energy,hazardous and domestic waste) progress follow up on corrective actions required frominspections and audits finding and provide assistance to ensure all of actions are delivered
2. Regularly analyze trend of environmental data performance in assigned aspects to make surethe compliance achievement and develop programs for beyond compliance align with PROPERand Good Mining Practice requirement.
3. Collaborate across all departments to define short term, mid term and long term improvementprograms in specific environmental aspect (water, effluent, emission, energy, hazardous anddomestic waste) as well as their KPI’s to support the achievement of organization target
4. Working collaboratively across all departments and provide assistance to the deployment ofenvironment work programs and inititatives in specific environmental aspect (water, effluent,emission, energy, hazardous and domestic waste) to ensure targets achievement.
5. Regulary monitor, consolidate data, analyse and regularly provide update of environment workprograms and initiatives to selected environmental aspects to understand their achievement
6. Develop and continuously improve environment work programs and initiatives KPI’s dashboardto monitor their progress to provide ease understandable report.

Persyaratan (Qualification) :

• Umum :

1. Sehat jasmani & rohani, dibuktikan dengan surat keterangan sehat dari Rumah Sakit.
2. Memiliki keinginan bekerja yang tinggi, berdedikasi, dapat bekerjasama secara individual dan tim, aktif, jujur dan bertanggung jawab.
3. Memiliki KTP dan berdomisili di Luwu Timur.
4. Tidak memiliki catatan kriminal, dibuktikan dengan SKCK dari kepolisian.
5. Sudah melakukan Vaksinasi Covid-19 minimal yang pertama, dibuktikan dengan Sertifikat atau Surat Keterangan Vaksinasi Covid-19 dari aplikasi Peduli Lindungi Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia.

• Khusus :

1. S1 Teknik Lingkungan
2. 6 months experiences in related field background.
3. Specify Certification :
   • Environtment auditor (preferred)
   • POP (preferred)
   • LCA (preferred)
4. Skill :
   • Understanding Environment Management System (EMS) i.e ISO14001:2015
   • Understand project management skills for developing and implementing,
   • Understanding of costs and budgeting proccess
   • Possess good communication and negotiation skills
   • Possess English communication skill in both written and spoken.
