IT PROJECT ENGINEER

• Ringkasan Pekerjaan (Job Purpose) :

Responsible for front-end loading (FEL3) planning and design related to IT. Accountable for producing detailed cost estimates and formulation of construction schedules, project implementation and execution with detailed engineering tasks and material procurement and contractor management.

Ensure IT services meet business requirements and adhere to IT policies and standards while achieving service excellence in the areas of network and connectivity, telecommunication, digital radio, data center and hosting, as well as managed services. Implement and support services such as fleet management, geotechnical systems, fuel management, fatigue systems, collision avoidance, weighing system, and security system.

• Tugas & Tanggung Jawab (Task & Responsibility) :

1. Develop requirements analysis, budgeting, scheduling, and perform coordination for IT throughout the growth project stages. Accountable for project implementation and execution with detailed engineering tasks, material procurement, and contract services.
2. Provide leadership for IT project delivery and service team within the area of responsibility. Build collaborative environment and align IT infrastructure and services to the growth strategic goals, ensuring not only adherence to plans but also the delivery of IT infrastructure and services brings tangible value to the projects and operations.
3. Perform effective communication to ensure stakeholders have a clear understanding about the progress, risks, and Coordinate with all stakeholders including PCM, EPC, and others, to guarantee the solutions and service delivery align with established standards and designs.
4. Prepare and develop a thorough process and conduct transition to operations which includes operational readiness, establishing performance baselines, implementing monitoring systems, asset management, facilitating knowledge transfer between teams, completing all required documentation, and supporting transition specifics.
5. Establish and maintain technology infrastructure and systems in projects and operational areas by overseeing IT operations team, contract services, and coordinating all respective areas so that IT can be relied upon to safely support business operations.
6. Manage the impact of changes in information systems and technology infrastructure on operations to ensure business continuity and minimize any operational delay. Meet client expectations in terms of IT service delivery with good communication and focus on issue tracking.
7. Build and contribute to the annual IT budget, ensure alignment with business goals and strategy. Monitor expenditure to ensure adherence to budget plans, managing costs with discipline and control.
8. Contribute to IT roadmap development to ensure that technology infrastructure and services support business Develop business cases for technology infrastructure and services to drive workforce efficiency, operational performance, and integrated assets.
9. Oversee safety in all aspects of work and people, demonstrate commitment to safety through leadership behavior

• Persyaratan (Qualification) :
  • Umum :

1. Sehat jasmani & rohani, dibuktikan dengan surat keterangan sehat dari Rumah Sakit.
2. Memiliki keinginan bekerja yang tinggi, berdedikasi, dapat bekerjasama secara individual dan tim, aktif, jujur dan bertanggung jawab.
3. Memiliki KTP & Berdomisili di Luwu Timur.
4. Tidak memiliki catatan kriminal, dibuktikan dengan SKCK dari kepolisian.
5. Sudah melakukan Vaksinasi Covid-19 minimal yang pertama, dibuktikan dengan Sertifikat atau Surat Keterangan Vaksinasi Covid-19 dari aplikasi Peduli Lindungi Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia.

• • Khusus :

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Information Systems/Engineering.
2. Minimum 5 years experience in related background.
3. Specify certification (preferred) :
   1. Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
   2. Associate Network Certification (e.g., CCNA).
4. Skills :
   1. Technology Competencies : Familiarity with various IT architectures, technology selections and how they fit together. Understanding of network designs, LAN/WAN management, and best practices. Awareness of security protocols and best practices. Understand cloud platforms and services. Familiarity with service design, transition, operation, and continual service improvement stages.
   2. IT Project Management : Clearly defining and managing project scope. Establishing timelines, milestones, and ensuring timely delivery. Budgeting, forecasting, and controlling project costs. Ensuring the project meets defined quality standards. Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies. Effectively communicating and managing expectations of all project stakeholders. Efficiently allocating and utilizing resources, including team members. Handling vendor selection, negotiation, and management. Implementing strategies to manage scope changes or other project alterations.
   3. Soft Skills : Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Identifying issues and coming up with effective solutions quickly. Making informed decisions even under pressure. Negotiating with stakeholders, team members, or vendors. Adjusting to changes and staying resilient in the face of challenges. Handling disputes or disagreements in a constructive manner. Analyzing information from different angles to make informed decisions.
