Ringkasan Pekerjaan (Job Purpose)

Responsible to provide reliable geological and geophysical model and interpretation to support mine planning and mine operation in Exploration block by planning and supervising quality assurance exploration activities in Projects.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab (Task & Responsibility) :

1. Plan and monitor the exploration procedure, regulation, and policy to be aligned with HSSER to prevent any accidents and improve the eƯectiveness of drilling and ERT operation.
2. Provide plan line aligned with LOMP, RKAB and RDP.
3. Provide reliably data aqutition to prevent re-work of measurement.
4. Provide longterm sequence of ERT measurement plan to be aligned with life of mine plan, RKAB and RDP.
5. Perform progress processing, interpretation, modeling and reporting of ERT project include related production, quality, workforce, and unit utilization.
6. Provide data analysis of conformity unit sequently in all exploration projects.
7. Assess geophysical data with any method to support drilling plan and budget.

Persyaratan (Qualification) :

Umum :

1. Sehat jasmani & rohani, dibuktikan dengan surat keterangan sehat dari Rumah Sakit.
2. Memiliki keinginan bekerja yang tinggi, berdedikasi, dapat bekerjasama secara individual dan tim, aktif, jujur dan bertanggung jawab.
3. Memiliki KTP Luwu Timur.
4. Tidak memiliki catatan kriminal, dibuktikan dengan SKCK dari kepolisian.

Khusus :

1. Minimum bachelor’s degree in Geophysics from a reputable university.
2. Minimum 3 years working experience in a mining company.
3. Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
4. Possession of a POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certification is preferred.
5. Preferrable have SIMPOL A.
6. Skill :
   • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
   • Strong communication and leadership skills.
   • Good understanding of geophysical methods and principles of data acquisition, interpretation, validation and reporting.
   • Good understanding of laterite profile.
   • Good practical in operating software related to geophysics (RES2DINV, ArcGIS, Surpac/Datamine and Surfer).
   • Good knowledge of drilling operation.
   • Strong direction and decision-making capability.
