Ringkasan Pekerjaan (Job Purpose)

Monitor and drive progress and safety compliance of the Capital and Operating project with a good quality of deliverables, meets company standards, National and International Codes & Standards start from design phase, construction phase and handover of the project.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab (Task & Responsibility) :

1. Perform inspection on project area to identify hazards and facilitate involved parties to rectify the finding.
2. Prepare assessment and report safety aspect of the project during engineering phase and prior to construction and or shutdown works start.
3. Analyze safety statistics and submit recommendation for safety improvement.
4. Conduct periodic safety audit on the PTVI contractor facilities and equipment according to PTVI standard.
5. Involved in HAZOP process, assist hazard identification and review JSA, Rigging Plan and all safety documents related of the project prior commence of the work.
6. Responsible in coordination of the action plan from safety audit result and Mine inspector recommendations.
7. Deliver safety training for PTVI Contractor, Vendor and Visitor, as per approval from PTVI safety dept.
8. Implement safety program and monitoring of the contractor activities on shutdown project.
9. Assist the implementation of RACs/CARs (Critical Activity Requirement), Golden Rules, SWP, in capital project and Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS).
10. Develop, Manage and Update KPI of safety initiative periodically.
11. Comply with all PTVI EHS procedures, standards and policies in Capital Project and Operating project area.
12. Cooperatively work with other project team member with communicating ideas effectively.

Persyaratan (Qualification) :

Umum :

1. Sehat jasmani & rohani, dibuktikan dengan surat keterangan sehat dari Rumah Sakit.
2. Memiliki keinginan bekerja yang tinggi, berdedikasi, dapat bekerjasama secara individual dan tim, aktif, jujur dan bertanggung jawab.
3. Memiliki KTP dan berdomisili di Luwu Timur. (LOKAL)
4. Bersedia ditempatkan di Luwu Timur (NASIONAL)
5. Tidak memiliki catatan kriminal, dibuktikan dengan SKCK dari kepolisian.

Khusus :

1. Diploma Degree (or higher) from reputable University in Engineering Background.
2. 1 year experience in engineering and project management in construction project. Having experiences as project team member in Mining Industry is preferrable.
3. Having POP certificate or AK3 Umum or AK3 Basic is preferrable
4. Skills :
   • Knowledgeable in Construction Safety Management System.
   • Knowledgeable of safety regulation and standards (minimum KEPMEN ESDM 1827/2018, SMKP PTVI MHS/RAC and EHS Standard).
   • Knowledgeable in basic safety requirements in construction project activities.
   • Knowledgeable in excavation work, scaffolding system and rigging activities.
   • Knowledgeable in traffic controlling system.
   • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software, i.e: MS Word, Excel, Power.Point, Outlook and Teams.
