Ringkasan Pekerjaan (Job Purpose)

Monitor and drive progress and safety compliance of the Capital and Operating project with a good quality of deliverables, meets company standards, National and International Codes & Standards start from design phase, construction phase and handover of the project.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab (Task & Responsibility) :

1. Perform inspection on project area to identify hazards and facilitate involved parties to rectify the finding
2. Prepare assessment and report safety aspect of the project during engineering phase and prior toconstruction and or shutdown works start.
3. Analyze safety statistics and submit recommendation for safety improvement
4. Conduct periodic safety audit on the PTVI contractor facilities and equipment according to PTVI standard
5. Involved in HAZOP process, assist hazard identification and review JSA, and all safety documents relatedof the project prior commence of the work
6. Perform inspection of Electrical and instruments construction work as per standard and specification andprovide the qulaity control report
7. Check electrical and instrument engineering construction drawings to ensure a comprehensive packageissued that is fully understood and constructible
8. Provide support to resolve technical issues during project execution and commissioning phase to ensurethe project meets the planned objectives.
9. Implement safety program and monitoring of the contractor activities on shutdown project
10. Assist the implementation of RACs/CARs (Critical Activity Requirement), Golden Rules, SWP, in capitalproject and Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS)
11. Comply with all PTVI EHS procedures, standards and policies in Capital Project and Operating project area.

Persyaratan (Qualification) :

Umum :

1. Sehat jasmani & rohani, dibuktikan dengan surat keterangan sehat dari Rumah Sakit.
2. Memiliki keinginan bekerja yang tinggi, berdedikasi, dapat bekerjasama secara individual dan tim, aktif, jujur dan bertanggung jawab.
3. Memiliki KTP dan berdomisili di Luwu Timur. (LOKAL)
4. Bersedia ditempatkan di Luwu Timur (NASIONAL)
5. Tidak memiliki catatan kriminal, dibuktikan dengan SKCK dari kepolisian.
6. Sudah melakukan Vaksinasi Covid-19 minimal yang pertama, dibuktikan dengan Sertifikat atau Surat Keterangan Vaksinasi Covid-19 dari aplikasi Peduli Lindungi Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia.

Khusus :

1. Education:
   • Diploma Degree (or higher) from reputable University in Electrical Engineering
2. Experience, Skill and Knowledge:
   • 1 year experience in electrical engineering and project management in construction project. Havingexperiences as project team member in Electrical work in Mining Industry is preferrable.
   • Having POP certificate or AK3 Listrik is preferrable
   • Knowledgeable of safety regulation and standards (minimum KEPMEN ESDM 1827/2018, SMKP PTVIMHS/RAC and EHS Standard)
   • Knowledgeable in basic safety requirements in construction project activities
   • Knowledgeable in excavation work, pulling cable, grounding , termination ,low and high voltage andother related electrical works
