• Ringkasan Pekerjaan (Job Purpose) :

Monitor and drive progress and safety compliance of the Capital and Operating project with a good quality of deliverables, meets company standards, National and International Codes & Standards start from design phase, construction phase and handover of the project.

• Tugas & Tanggung Jawab (Task & Responsibility) :

1. Perform inspection on project area to identify hazards and facilitate involved parties to rectify the finding.
2. Prepare assessment and report safety aspect of the project during engineering phase and prior to construction and or shutdown works start and re-check the readiness of contractor.
3. Analyze safety statistics and submit recommendation for safety improvement.
4. Conduct periodic safety audit on the PTVI contractor facilities and equipment according to PTVI standard.
5. Involved in HAZOP process, assist hazard identification and review JSA, Rigging Plan and all safety documents related of the project prior commence of the work.
6. Perform inspection of mechanical construction work as per standard and specification and provide the progress plan report.
7. Check mechancal engineering construction drawings to ensure a comprehensive package issued that is fully understood and constructible.
8. Provide support to resolve technical issues during preparation ,project execution and commissioning phase to ensure the project meets the planned objectives.
9. Implement safety program , monitoring and drive of the contractor activities on shutdown project
10. Assist the implementation of RACs/CARs (Critical Activity Requirement), Golden Rules, SWP, in capital project and Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS).
11. Comply with all PTVI EHS procedures, standards and policies in Capital Project and Operating project area.
12. Cooperatively work with other project team member with communicating ideas effectively.

Persyaratan (Qualification) :

• Umum :

1. Sehat jasmani & rohani, dibuktikan dengan surat keterangan sehat dari Rumah Sakit.
2. Memiliki keinginan bekerja yang tinggi, berdedikasi, dapat bekerjasama secara individual dan tim, aktif, jujur dan bertanggung jawab.
3. Memiliki KTP & Berdomisili di Luwu Timur.
4. Tidak memiliki catatan kriminal, dibuktikan dengan SKCK dari kepolisian.
5. Sudah melakukan Vaksinasi Covid-19 minimal yang pertama, dibuktikan dengan Sertifikat atau Surat Keterangan Vaksinasi Covid-19 dari aplikasi Peduli Lindungi Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia.

• Khusus :

1. Diploma Degree (or higher) from reputable University in relevant discipline, Mechanical Engineering Background Experience.
2. 1 year experience in engineering and project management in construction project.
3. Having experiences as project team member in Mechanical Work.
4. Having POP certificate or AK3 Umum or AK3 Basic is preferrable.
5. Skill and Knowledge:
   1. Knowledgeable in Construction Safety Management System – Knowledgeable of safety regulation and standards (minimum KEPMEN ESDM 1827/2018, SMKP PTVI MHS/RAC and EHS Standard).
   2. Knowledgeable in basic safety requirements in construction project activities.
   3. Knowledgeable in rotation equipment ,mechanical work ,alignment, excavation work, scaffolding system and rigging activities.
   4. Knowledgeable in traffic controlling system.
   5. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software, i.e : MS Word, Excel, Power.Point, Outlook and Teams.
