Ringkasan Pekerjaan (Job Purpose)

Coordinating and monitoring the construction of strategic project of the Company throughout all stages to completion and the project close-out by providing mature professionalism and good behavior in relation to work planning, technical skills, knowledge, and managing the tasks.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab (Task & Responsibility) :

1. Provide necessary engineering expertise for construction and monitoring plans, this shall include field verification and check to ensure compliance to Company’s EHS rules and regulation.
2. Assist Project manager and construction supervisor by ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and meet the overall project plan, this shall include giving awareness when there are risks and potential issues might arise and have implications for the project completion.
3. Monitor and control construction’s actual work activities align to the construction plan, its timeline and quality standard based on applicable engineering references and Company’s
4. Review and checking any requested field work activities based on its engineering design and identify potential cost deviation might occur.
5. Always maintain accurate control construction plans by entering daily and weekly units of completion (daily work progress) and deliver daily and weekly progress report.
6. Conduct technical problem investigations and participate in conducting analyses and surveys for developing effective solutions of engineering problems.
7. Develop, create, and maintain all related documentation control and filing.

Persyaratan (Qualification) :

1. Umum :
   1. Sehat jasmani & rohani, dibuktikan dengan surat keterangan sehat dari Rumah Sakit.
   2. Memiliki keinginan bekerja yang tinggi, berdedikasi, dapat bekerjasama secara individual dan tim, aktif, jujur dan bertanggung jawab.
   3. Memiliki KTP dan berdomisili di Luwu Timur (Lokal)
   4. Bersedia ditempatkan di Luwu Timur (Nasional)
   5. Tidak memiliki catatan kriminal, dibuktikan dengan SKCK dari kepolisian.
   6. Sudah melakukan Vaksinasi Covid-19 minimal yang pertama, dibuktikan dengan Sertifikat atau Surat Keterangan Vaksinasi Covid-19 dari aplikasi Peduli Lindungi Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia.

1. Khusus :
   1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other technical program study, or related fields.
   2. Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience in construction with multiple disciplines.
   3. Knowledge of safety compliance regulations and commitment to a safe work environment.
   4. Demonstrated knowledge of construction methods and processes (equipment, techniques, materials, standards).
   5. Ability to work on complex projects and multi-national working environment.
   6. Excellent communication skills and relays information in a timely manner. English communication is a must, able communicate in Mandarin is a plus.
   7. An agile approach to problem-solving and during day-to-day activities.
