Ringkasan Pekerjaan (Job Purpose)

Provide electrical engineering design work from engineering feasibility study phase to the commissioning phase to ensure good quality projects that meets company standards, national & international codes & standards. Perform and provide professional advises, review and technical coaching/mentoring to other engineers to improve the quality and production. Provide professional technical study on new and or improvement initiatives within PTVI electrical power system.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab (Task & Responsibility) :

1. Lead responsibility for technical direction of a group of engineers or functions as a technical specialist formulating and developing advanced engineering concepts, techniques, and standards
2. Provide professional suggestions, advises and guidance for operational processes and equipment’s along with techniques and facility designs.
3. Must be a self-starter who finishes and takes responsibility for work product and Ability to coordinate the day-to-day activities with peers and other internal divisions
4. Develop project scope and provide alternatives and recommendations to the project engineer, project manager and project sponsor as per agreement with project sponsor and Interact professionally with cross-functional and multi disciplines team.
5. Coordinate preparation of electrical engineering drawings to ensure a comprehensive package is issued that is fully understood and constructible.
6. Develop cost estimate in accordance with project scope of work and technical specifications.
7. Develop plans, designs, and calculations for a variety of elements within an electrical engineering project that comply with all PTVI EHS and Engineering Department procedures, standards and policies.
8. Responsible for the quality, technical competence, and professionalism of the engineering effort.

Persyaratan (Qualification) :

Umum :

1. Sehat jasmani & rohani, dibuktikan dengan surat keterangan sehat dari Rumah Sakit.
2. Memiliki keinginan bekerja yang tinggi, berdedikasi, dapat bekerjasama secara individual dan tim, aktif, jujur dan bertanggung jawab.
3. Memiliki KTP dan berdomisili di Luwu Timur. (LOKAL)
4. Bersedia ditempatkan di Luwu Timur (NASIONAL)
5. Tidak memiliki catatan kriminal, dibuktikan dengan SKCK dari kepolisian.
6. Sudah melakukan Vaksinasi Covid-19 minimal yang pertama, dibuktikan dengan Sertifikat atau Surat Keterangan Vaksinasi Covid-19 dari aplikasi Peduli Lindungi Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia.

Khusus :

1. Bachelor’s degree (S1) from Electrical Engineering.
2. Minimum 5 years work experience as Electrical Engineer on engineering consultant, mining or heavy industry plant, or as Electrical Project Engineer with EPC company
3. Have Ahli K3 (AK3) Listrik certification is preferrable.
4. Additional technical license or certification may be required
5. Skills :
   • Excellent in electrical power system analysis
   • Proficiency in using electrical design and calculation tools
   • Excellent in using ETAP 115 Power System Analysis.
   • Have experienced in engineering research, diagnostics and troubleshooting.
   • Knowledge in engineering design procedure.
   • Expert on power generation, transmission, distribution, protection and control system
   • Expert on power system analysis,
   • Expert in Lightning Protection System
   • Knowledge in applicable engineering design standards, national and international.
   • Basic knowledge in multidiscipline engineering design, especially Instrument and Mechanical engineering.
   • Basic knowledge in procurement and contract administration process.
   • Communication and human relation skill.
   • Excellent motivational skills and multitasking abilities
   • Basic knowledge in EHS system and policies.
   • Advanced skills in the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc.) is required
   • Strong written and verbal English language communication skills
   • Effective communicator (Written/Oral) using active listening and safe communication environment methods
