Ringkasan Pekerjaan (Job Purpose)

To provide Electrical engineering design work from engineering feasibility study phase to the commissioning phase of the project with a good quality of deliverables, meets company standards and National & International codes & standards. Provide technical assistant to operational and maintenance departments for problem solving and root cause analysis. Technical review to other electrical engineers design.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab (Task & Responsibility) :

1. Comply with all PTVI and Engineering Department EHS procedures, standards and policies in Engineering Project area.
2. Execute the requirements as stipulated in the EHS policy.
3. Perform safety and procedure audits, to ensure safety standards are maintained or improved.
4. Complete electrical engineering design following PTVI Engineering Standard Procedures
5. Develop project scope and provide alternatives and recommendations to the project engineer, project manager and project sponsor as per agreement with project sponsor.
6. Coordinate preparation of electrical engineering construction drawings to ensure a comprehensive package is issued that is fully understood and constructible
7. Develop electrical technical specification for equipment purchase.
8. Develop cost estimate in accordance with project scope of work and technical specifications.
9. Create material requisition for all equipment & material required in the project assigned, review technical and bid evaluation and propose to project engineer and project manager for the best tender offer.
10. Produce tender scope of work (electrical), review technical bid and propose to project engineer and project manager for the best tender offer.
11. Prepare and collate electrical Engineering Work Package (EWP) documentation and commissioning procedure, to ensure all aspects of construction, safety, and quality clearly defined.
12. Perform periodic inspection to ensure the work is technically being performed in accordance with electrical EWP requirements.
13. Resolve technical issues during project execution and complete commissioning after project is completed, to ensure the project meets the planned objectives
14. Responsible for the quality, technical competence and professionalism of the engineering effort.
15. Carry out intergrated engineering design using best current practice and be able to accept responsibility for a safe and reliable result.
16. Perform technical review for the electrical engineering designs
17. Ensure project design is completed within the minimum necessary amount for engineering work.
18. Maintain document records and close out EWR on project completion, to ensure comprehensive record is available for subsequent reference.
19. Recommend and review improvements to PTVI Engineering Standards and Procedures for Superintendent or Manager approval.
20. Provide electrical engineering technical expertise to support PTVI Maintenance and Operations Department.
21. Cooperatively work with project designers communicating ideas effectively
22. Identify, develop, justify and implement cost saving initiatives for Engineering work & equipment in his area of responsibility.

Persyaratan (Qualification) :

Umum :

1. Sehat jasmani & rohani.
2. Memiliki keinginan bekerja yang tinggi, berdedikasi, dapat bekerjasama secara individual dan tim, aktif, jujur dan bertanggung jawab.
3. Memiliki KTP Luwu Timur.
4. Tidak memiliki catatan kriminal, dibuktikan dengan SKCK dari kepolisian.

Khusus :

1. Bachelor degree in S1 Electrical Engineering ( Electric Power ).
2. Minimum experience 3-4 years As Electrical Engineer.
3. Have Ahli K3 (AK3) Listrik certification is preferable.
4. Skill :
   • Leadership, Communication and human relation skill.
   • Knowledge in engineering design procedure.
   • Knowledge in project cost estimation principle
   • Knowledge in applicable engineering design standards, national and international.
   • Basic knowledge in project management principles.
   • Basic knowledge in multidiscipline engineering design, especially instrument and mechanical engineering.
   • Basic knowledge in nickel production process – from raw material to final product.
   • Basic knowledge in procurement and contract administration process. 9. Basic knowledge in EHS system and policies.
   • Computer & Internet literate.
   • Proficiency in using electrical design and calculation tools such as ETAP.
   • Knowledgeable of Management of Change.
   • Knowledge of applicable laws, company standards and policies.
   • Knowledge of applicable engineering design standards, national and international standards.
   • Bahasa Indonesia and English language skills.
