Ringkasan Pekerjaan (Job Purpose)

The Digital Media Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s presence across all owned digital channels, including internal platforms like the intranet and external platforms like the company website and social media. This role focuses on publishing content, ensuring consistent brand messaging, and driving community engagement through digital interactions. The Digital Media Specialist works closely with the Newsroom team to ensure content is effectively distributed and resonates with both internal and external audiences.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab (Task & Responsibility) :

1. Content creation and publishing: Manage the production and publishing of content across all owned digital media channels, including the company’s website, intranet, social media platforms, and email newsletters.
2. Channel management: Oversee the performance and maintenance of digital channels, ensuring they are up-to-date, functional, and aligned with the company’s communication goals.
3. Community engagement: Foster engagement with digital communities by responding to comments, managing discussions, and interacting with channels audiences.
4. Analytics and reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital content using analytics tools. Provide insights and reports to optimize future content strategies.
5. SEO and SEM: Implement search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies to improve content visibility and drive traffic to digital platforms.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with the Newsroom team, including Newsroom Coordinator and Newsroom Officer, to ensure that digital content is optimized for different platforms and meets technical specifications.
7. Platform strategy: Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage digital audiences across all platforms, aligning with overall communication objectives.
8. Crisis communication: Assist in managing the company’s online reputation by monitoring and follow up potential digital crises or negative feedback in a timely and effective manner.

Persyaratan (Qualification) :

Umum :

1. Sehat jasmani & rohani, dibuktikan dengan surat keterangan sehat dari Rumah Sakit.
2. Memiliki keinginan bekerja yang tinggi, berdedikasi, dapat bekerjasama secara individual dan tim, aktif, jujur dan bertanggung jawab.
3. Memiliki KTP dan berdomisili di Luwu Timur.
4. Tidak memiliki catatan kriminal, dibuktikan dengan SKCK dari kepolisian.
5. Sudah melakukan Vaksinasi Covid-19 minimal yang pertama, dibuktikan dengan Sertifikat atau Surat Keterangan Vaksinasi Covid-19 dari aplikasi Peduli Lindungi Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia.

Khusus :

1. Min D3 All Major.
2. Minimum 3 year experience in related field.
3. Relevant certifications in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, or digital media management (preferred).
4. Pelamar wajib menyertakan portofolio project atau produk komunikasi yg pernah di kerjakan sebelumnya.
5. Skill :
   • Tech-savvy: Having a strong understanding of technology and using it effectively to do the job and solve problems.
   • Community management: Experience in managing online communities, listening and response, and engagement.
   • KOL management: Developing and managing influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns.
   • Digital publishing: Expertise in digital content publishing, ensuring compatibility across different platforms and devices.
   • Fluency in english: Excellent command of written and spoken English to communicate effectively with both internal and external audiences.
