Ringkasan Pekerjaan (Job Purpose)
The Commercial Administration Officer is responsible for supporting the Commercial team by ensuring smooth and efficient administrative processes related to product sales. This includes managing sales documentation, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, handling invoicing and delivery logistics, maintaining accurate records, and assisting in performance reporting.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab (Task & Responsibility) :
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Commercial team, including managing communications, scheduling, team logistics, and internal coordination.
- Accurately process sales orders and contract-related documentation in line with company policies and timelines.
- Handle customer registration, tender invitations, contract approvals, and acknowledgements through SAP and relevant systems.
- Coordinate closely with Logistics, Operations, and relevant departments to ensure smooth product delivery, invoicing and payment.
- Assist in compiling sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to support decision-making.
- Maintain well-organized and up-to-date records of customer communications, contracts, and transaction documents.
- Assist sales execution team in liaising with key departments such as operations, legal, and finance to ensure seamless execution of sales processes.
- Provide general administrative assistance to help the Commercial team achieve sales goals and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Persyaratan (Qualification) :
Umum :
- Sehat jasmani & rohani, dibuktikan dengan surat keterangan sehat dari Rumah Sakit.
- Memiliki keinginan bekerja yang tinggi, berdedikasi, dapat bekerjasama secara individual dan tim, aktif, jujur dan bertanggung jawab.
- Siap ditempatkan di area PT Vale di seluruh Indonesia.
- Tidak memiliki catatan kriminal, dibuktikan dengan SKCK dari kepolisian.
Khusus :
- Bachelor (S1) degree in All Major.
- experiences 18 Months (1,5 Years) in related field.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Teamwork: A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Multitasking: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Skill :
- Administrative: Proficient in administrative tasks and office management procedures.
- Financial Reporting: Solid understanding or experience in preparing and analyzing financial reports.
- Microsoft Office: Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- SAP/ERP: Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.
