Ringkasan Pekerjaan (Job Purpose)

To do electrical technical supports, electrical studies, and electrical projects across Process Plant department to solve problems, to sustain performance, or to realize improvement initiatives in safe, time-efficient, cost-efficient, workforce-effective, target oriented, and quality-oriented manners.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab (Task & Responsibility) :

1. Do Electrical technical supports for Process Plant Operation Groups, Process Plant Maintenance Groups, Process Plant Engineering Group, and Capital Project Management Group to solve problems and to sustain performance in safe, time efficient, cost-efficient, workforce-effective, target-oriented, and quality-oriented manners.
2. Conduct Electrical studies to make automation improvement initiatives feasible and to complete FELs 1 – 3 requirement for capital project in safe, time-efficient, cost-efficient, and quality-oriented manners.
3. Act as project engineer or project automation design engineer for automation projects to execute these automation projects with referring to PTVI project delivery system.
4. Develop and update PTVI Process Plant Electrical standards to keep those documentations up-to-date, and develop and maintain rasionalization of all Electrical Equipment on PTVI Process Plant Electrical standards to realize the purpose of rasionalization of all Electrical Equipment.
5. Execute elctrical section’s annual safety program in his / her work to prevent incident / accident from happening and to achieve compliance with safety effectiveness / improvement program of Process Plant Department.
6. Execute electrical section’s annual personnel development program assigned to him / her to achieve electrical personnel competencies and to support career and succession plans.
7. Keep personal electrical technical expertise up-to-date to be able to technically perform his / her works and to be able to properly act as electrical technical advisor for Process Plant management.

Persyaratan (Qualification) :

Umum :

1. Sehat jasmani & rohani.
2. Memiliki keinginan bekerja yang tinggi, berdedikasi, dapat bekerjasama secara individual dan tim, aktif, jujur dan bertanggung jawab.
3. Siap ditempatkan di Luwu Timur. (NASIONAL)
4. Tidak memiliki catatan kriminal, dibuktikan dengan SKCK dari kepolisian.

Khusus :

1. S1 degree in Electrical Engineering.
2. Has relevant experience min. 18 months (1,5 years) of experience.
3. Having Insinyur Profesional Pratama (IPP) is preferred.
4. Skill :
   • Having Technical Specialization.
   • Be Able to Process improvement and Cost Reduction.
   • Fluent in English (Read, Write, and Speak).
   • Presentation Skills.
   • Report Writing.
