Ringkasan Pekerjaan (Job Purpose)

Supports and working collaboratively with JV Project teams as per assignment in implementing environmental management system to ensure improvement environment best practices through innovative, effective and comply with regulation both current construction and operational further related to PTVI business processes.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab (Task & Responsibility) :

1. Perform assessment on any upcoming environmental regulation to understand its impact to the company business process/continuity to provide inputs and feedback to ensure that the company have the ability to comply without jeopardizing current and future business process
2. Maintaining high degree of familiarity with PTVI Environmental Management System and related standar operating procedures to assist JV project teams
3. Regularly assess and analyze company compliance of legal requirements due to any changes in environmental regulation and permit process to ensure company comply
4. Generate actions plan required based on compliance assessment for legal requirements and its deployment to the related departments to ensure company’s compliance adherence.
5. Regularly track and monitor respective project progress follow up on actions required and provide required assistance to ensure all of actions is delivered timely
6. Propose and prepare document for tender process regarding environmental audit, infrastructures maintenance, and implementing corrective actions in order to meet the environmental standard
7. Follow and implement organization’s policies to ensure the achievement of organization purposes
8. Organize environmental monitoring and inspection programs which include sampling and reporting as well as take necessary corrective action to ensure compliance and create deviation analysis to the respective project for unmet KPIs’ target

Persyaratan (Qualification) :

Umum :

1. Sehat jasmani & rohani.
2. Memiliki keinginan bekerja yang tinggi, berdedikasi, dapat bekerjasama secara individual dan tim, aktif, jujur dan bertanggung jawab.
3. Memiliki KTP Luwu Timur
4. Tidak memiliki catatan kriminal, dibuktikan dengan SKCK dari kepolisian.

Khusus :

1. Bachelor (S1) degree in Environment.
2. Min. experiences 18 Months (1.5 Years) in related field.
3. Having SIM A (Mandatory).
4. Having POPAL, POP, and AMDAL is preferred.
5. Skill :
   • Mine Plan Implementation: Direct open-pit mining activities by accurately applying operation maps and technical material data.
   • Mining Operation Management: Oversee operations with a comprehensive understanding of mining equipment, dispatching systems, and material handling.
   • EHS Implementation: Proactively identify operational risks and enforce safety procedures to ensure stric regulatory compliance.
   • Contractor Management: Supervise contractor activities effectively to ensure full alignment with the agreed scope of work.
   • Safety Management: Drive workplace safety by conducting risk assessments (HIRADC), managing incident investigations, and continuously improving safety procedures.
