Ringkasan Pekerjaan (Job Purpose)

To control the quality of Mechanical work carried out by the Contractor or carried out by Contractor. Including supporting business improvement and technical advisors including update SOP & Provide new SOP for new hand tools and others.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab (Task & Responsibility) :

1. Implementing Environment, Health, Safety, and Risk (EHSR) standards and regulations by ensuring work environment conditions, equipment, materials, methods, worker behavior, and 5S under area responsibility with the aim of minimizing risk, achieving safe and secure conditions (Zero Harm), clean environment, and achieved work productivity targets.
2. Arrange, review, collect, understand and apply the quality standards of Mechanical work in accordance with the standards of PTVI.
3. Create and implement a QA / QC program for Mechanical work under the coordination of the PTVI Construction Services Department to maintain the quality of work results both in the construction process and the results.
4. Monitor the performance (performance) of the quality of Mechanical work based on the QA / QC program by systematically conducting inspections and tests in accordance with work steps to achieve quality work in accordance with specifications and standards. Able to provide technical analysis of matters relating to mechanical construction work.
5. Technical Advisor, constructability review Mechanical work method
6. Arranging training programs for Mechanical work and safety construction disciplines related to Mechanical work including acting as instructors in workshops in the field of construction work in an effort to get a solid mechanical construction team with high technical and safety skills.
7. Review the constructability aspects of Mechanical work packages before the construction phase.
8. Creating a construction method for Mechanical work as part of continuous improvement with the goal is the achievement of safe and effective work execution to achieve time and cost targets.

Persyaratan (Qualification) :

Umum :

1. Sehat jasmani & rohani.
2. Memiliki keinginan bekerja yang tinggi, berdedikasi, dapat bekerjasama secara individual dan tim, aktif, jujur dan bertanggung jawab.
3. Memiliki KTP Luwu Timur
4. Tidak memiliki catatan kriminal, dibuktikan dengan SKCK dari kepolisian.

Khusus :

1. Bachelor (S1) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
2. Min. experiences 3 Years in related field.
3. Specify Certification : Minimum AK3 but POP preferred.
4. Skill :
   • Health, Safety, Environment (HSE): Champion workplace safety by driving compliance, proactively mitigating risks, and ensure HSE training is up to date.
   • Presentation Skill: Deliver engaging, audience-tailored presentations supported by impactful visual aids and interactive communication.
   • Time Management: Effectively balance operational goals with strategic relationship building by prioritizing problem prevention and high-value tasks.
   • English Language: Demonstrate fluent English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking for seamless professional communication.
   • Report Writing: Produce clear, data-driven reports using structured formats and visual aids to effectivelyconvey complex information.
