Ringkasan Pekerjaan (Job Purpose)

Supervise watershed rehabilitation activities to ensure that the technical planting plan, growth of local & multi-purpose tree species planted would be successful in accordance with government requirements (Ministry of Forestry) the plan can be handover to stakeholder.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab (Task & Responsibility) :

  1. Implementing and supervising Environment, Health, Safety, and Risk (EHSR) standards and regulations by ensuring working environmental conditions, equipment, materials, methods, worker behavior, and 5S under area responsibility with the aim of minimizing risk, achieving safe and secure conditions (Zero Harm), clean environment, and achieved work productivity targets..
  2. Develop a technical planting design regarding planting methods, maintenance methods and determine the appropriate types of local plants and MPTS planted at each location to be planted so that the watershed rehabilitation rehabilitation program can be implemented properly.
  3. Supervise watershed rehabilitation for all activities to ensure local & multi-purpose tree species can be planted according to plan (Rantek).
  4. Analyze cultivation techniques for plant seeds to be planted so that quality seeds are obtained.
  5. Management of numerical and spatial data related to the progress of watershed rehabilitation activities.
  6. Implement continual study to enhance the quality of local species and multipurpose tree species in watershed rehabilitation area.
  7. Prepare regular reports all watershed rehabilitation activities to monitor progress and update watershed rehabilitation to management and government
  8. Working effectively and collaterally with immediate colleagues and others in cross-functional relationships on tasks within the context of corporate policy, values, and culture to achieve company target for watershed rehabilitation.

Persyaratan (Qualification) :

Umum :

  1. Sehat jasmani & rohani.
  2. Memiliki keinginan bekerja yang tinggi, berdedikasi, dapat bekerjasama secara individual dan tim, aktif, jujur dan bertanggung jawab.
  3. Siap ditempatkan di seluruh area DAS PT Vale Indonesia.
  4. Tidak memiliki catatan kriminal, dibuktikan dengan SKCK dari kepolisian.

Khusus :

  1. Bachelor (S1) degree in Agriculture or Forestry.
  2. Min. experiences 12 Months (1 Years) in related field (WASLAI and Executor).
  3. Having Forest Reclamation and Rehabilitation Technique is preferred
  4. Skill :
    • a. Agriculture/forestry experiences specific in watershed rehabilitation program,
    • Understand project management skills for developing and implementing,
    • Understanding of dendrology, tree planting technique, fertilizing and maintenance technique,
    • Requires good report writing skills,
    • Computer Software – ArcGIS Software (must) & MS Office (general)
    • Possess good leadership and communication skills,
    • Possess English communication skill – fluent in both written and spoken.
