Ringkasan Pekerjaan (Job Purpose)

To support the Health, Safety, Environment and Risk Implementation and Improvement at area Senior Manager/Specialist HSER to achieve their HSER accountabilities in project based / Sorowako Limonite Ore Project, on government regulations and PT. Vale Indonesia Tbk requirement.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab (Task & Responsibility) :

1. Implement the Vale Production System (VPS) in IGP Sorowako Limonite Ore Projectincluding feeding for KPI reports and conducting deviation analysis to achieve targets and tomeet PTVI HSE standards.
2. Part of SMKP project auditee.
3. Part of P2K3 project team.
4. Supervise the implementation of HSE policy and regulation in project area within practiceguidelines (CRM – LIF, CCV), SWP, RAC, Fatality Prevention Program, CAR-IN, MHS andsite inspection.
5. Establishing task reporting procedures.
6. Facilitating problem solving process in HSE Sorowako Limonite Ore project area.
7. Become team member of incident investigation team.
8. Facilitating Continuous Improvement in HSE project area.
9. Providing directions and following up assignments related to HSE in project.
10. Build communication with emergency response team in project area and central FES.
11. Build good coordination with hospital, medical team and Fire Emergency Services team inSorowako Limonite Ore project area.
12. Involve in Risk Assessment, JSA and Management of Change in Project.
13. Verify and perform inspections to ensure HSE items are performed in accordance withcontracts for contract under PTVI.
14. Collaborate with Occupational Health HSOR department in terms of promotive, preventive,curative and rehabilitative health of worker.

Persyaratan (Qualification) :

Umum :

1. Sehat jasmani & rohani, dibuktikan dengan surat keterangan sehat dari Rumah Sakit.
2. Memiliki keinginan bekerja yang tinggi, berdedikasi, dapat bekerjasama secara individual dan tim, aktif, jujur dan bertanggung jawab.
3. Memiliki KTP dan berdomisili di Luwu Timur. (LOKAL)
4. Bersedia ditempatkan di Luwu Timur (NASIONAL)
5. Tidak memiliki catatan kriminal, dibuktikan dengan SKCK dari kepolisian.
6. Sudah melakukan Vaksinasi Covid-19 minimal yang pertama, dibuktikan dengan Sertifikat atau Surat Keterangan Vaksinasi Covid-19 dari aplikasi Peduli Lindungi Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia.

Khusus :

1. Education: Min SMA, D3 or S1
2. Preferred Certification : POP or AK3 Umum
3. Experience, Skill and Knowledge:
   • Senior High Schooll : > 5 years work experiences in Mining Industry (staff level) orminimum 3 years as Safety Man/ Officer (field) in Mining/ Construction Industry
   • D3 (Diploma III) : > 3 years work experiences in Mining Industry (staff level) orminimum 1 years as Safety Man/ Officer (field) in Mining/ Construction Industry
   • S1 (Strata 1) : 1 year work experience in Mining Industry (staff level) or minimum 6months as Safety Man/ Officer (field) in Mining/ Construction Industry
