Ringkasan Pekerjaan (Job Purpose)

To provide Jnr Electrical engineering design work from engineering feasibility study phase to the commissioning phase of the project with a good quality of deliverables, meets company standards and National & International codes & standards. Provide technical assistant to operational and maintenance departments for problem solving and root cause analysis. Technical review to other electrical engineers design.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab (Task & Responsibility) :

1. Comply with all PTI and Engineering Department EHS procedures, standards and policies in EngineeringProject area.
2. Execute the requirements as stipulated in the EHS policy.
3. Perform safety and procedure audits, to ensure safety standards are maintained or improved.
4. Complete electrical engineering design following PTI Engineering Standard Procedures
5. Develop project scope and provide alternatives and recommendations to the project engineer, projectmanager and project sponsor as per agreement with project sponsor.
6. Coordinate preparation of electrical engineering construction drawings to ensure a comprehensivepackage is issued that is fully understood and constructible
7. Develop electrical technical specification for equipment purchase.
8. Develop cost estimate in accordance with project scope of work and technical specifications.
9. Create material requisition for all equipment & material required in the project assigned, review technicaland bid evaluation and propose to project engineer and project manager for the best tender offer.
10. Produce tender scope of work (electrical), review technical bid and propose to project engineer andproject manager for the best tender offer.
11. Prepare and collate electrical Engineering Work Package (EWP) documentation and commissioningprocedure, to ensure all aspects of construction, safety, and quality clearly defined.
12. Perform periodic inspection to ensure the work is technically being performed in accordance withelectrical EWP requirements.
13. Resolve technical issues during project execution and complete commissioning after project is completed,to ensure the project meets the planned objectives
14. Responsible for the quality, technical competence and professionalism of the engineering effort.
15. Carry out intergrated engineering design using best current practice and be able to accept responsibilityfor a safe and reliable result.
16. Perform technical review for the electrical engineering designs
17. Ensure project design is completed within the minimum necessary amount for engineering work.
18. Maintain document records and close out EWR on project completion, to ensure comprehensive record isavailable for subsequent reference.
19. Recommend and review improvements to PTI Engineering Standards and Procedures for Superintendentor Manager approval
20. Provide electrical engineering technical expertise to support PTI Maintenance and OperationsDepartment
21. Cooperatively work with project designers communicating ideas effectively

Persyaratan (Qualification) :

Umum :

1. Sehat jasmani & rohani, dibuktikan dengan surat keterangan sehat dari Rumah Sakit.
2. Memiliki keinginan bekerja yang tinggi, berdedikasi, dapat bekerjasama secara individual dan tim, aktif, jujur dan bertanggung jawab.
3. Memiliki KTP dan berdomisili di Luwu Timur.
4. Tidak memiliki catatan kriminal, dibuktikan dengan SKCK dari kepolisian.
5. Sudah melakukan Vaksinasi Covid-19 minimal yang pertama, dibuktikan dengan Sertifikat atau Surat Keterangan Vaksinasi Covid-19 dari aplikasi Peduli Lindungi Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia.

Khusus :

1. Min S1 majoring in Electrical Engineering
2. Min 18 months experience in related position
3. Skills :
   1. Leadership skills
   2. Interaction Management skills (oral & written communication, motivational & human relations)
   3. Knowledgeable of engineering operating systems.
   4. Knowledgeable of Project Management systems and Principles.
   5. Knowledgeable of Electrical engineering, including but not limited to engineering design software and manual calculations.
   6. Knowledgeable of multidiscipline engineering design – mechanical, civil & instrumentation
   7. Knowledgeable of the Nickel Production Process – from Raw Material to Final Product and Auxiliary System
   8. Knowledgeable on Contract Administration
   9. Knowledgeable of project cost estimation
   10. Knowledgeable in Safety system (EHS & MHS) and policies
   11. Computer & Internet literate
   12. Knowledgeable of Management of Change
   13. Knowledge of applicable laws, company standards and policies.
   14. Knowledge of applicable engineering design standards, national and international standards.
   15. Bahasa Indonesia and English language skills
