Ringkasan Pekerjaan (Job Purpose)
The role purpose is to assist External Relation team to support The Tanamalia Project for Stakeholder Relation and Stakeholder engagement. Social Issue systematic identification, analysis, planning and implementation of actions designed to influence stakeholders. A stakeholder engagement strategy identifies the needs of key groups and plays an important role in ensuring those business needs are met.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab (Task & Responsibility) :
- Managing issues and stakeholder engagement to support the strategic agenda of theTanamalia Project
- Day to day interface with predefined communities and Community Relations relatedto the operation
- Give accurate and approved feedback to the stakeholders on issues, complaints, andgrievances
- Identify commitments made and ensure effective communication and that expectations around commitments are met
- Engage with social performance team to ensure accurate input for the Area ofInfluence profiling regarding socio-political and other contexts
- Maintain communication & relationship with multi-stakeholders (Government,Community & NGO)
- Coordinate, attend and report on Community engagement Forums and conductperiodic meetings with other external stakeholders
- Develop a trusting and mutual respect relationship with internal and externalstakeholders
- To prepare, consolidate, and monitor the KPIs, grievance mechanism, andgovernance process within External Relation and Tanamalia Project to achieve theorganization goals in compliance with the company’s policies, norms, procedures andother relevant internal/external applicable standards and the most importantly, thesustainability principles.
- Engage in conflict resolutions or special projects when necessary
- Effective implementation of the Multiple Public Relations Strategy and related plans.
- Regular update of strategic issues, stakeholder mapping & engagement plan usingStakeholder, Demand and Issue (SDI) platform.
Persyaratan (Qualification) :
Umum :
- Sehat jasmani & rohani, dibuktikan dengan surat keterangan sehat dari Rumah Sakit.
- Memiliki keinginan bekerja yang tinggi, berdedikasi, dapat bekerjasama secara individual dan tim, aktif, jujur dan bertanggung jawab.
- Memiliki KTP dan Berdomisili di Luwu Timur
- Tidak memiliki catatan kriminal, dibuktikan dengan SKCK dari kepolisian.
- Sudah melakukan Vaksinasi Covid-19 minimal yang pertama, dibuktikan dengan Sertifikat atau Surat Keterangan Vaksinasi Covid-19 dari aplikasi Peduli Lindungi Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia.
Khusus :
- Min S1 all majors, Social/Political/Education majors are preferred
- Min 6 months experience in related position
- Skills :
- Experience of 06 – 18 months in the field of Social/Community/Rural Development (preferred).
- Experience in stakeholder engagement.
- Knowledge of CSR regulation and several related frameworks..
- Demonstrate understanding on Project Cycle Management.
- Interpersonal & public communication and negotiation skill.
- Advance in Ms. Office; particularly Ms. Excel .
- Data, analysis and reporting.
- Social Research and Project Impact Assessment.
- Good English both written and spoken.
