• Ringkasan Pekerjaan (Job Purpose) :

To implement Total Quality Management on Quality Assurance/Quality Control during the construction stage until
commisioning.

• Tugas & Tanggung Jawab (Task & Responsibility) :
  1. Ensuring safety of his/her during work based on Law no. 11/1976 Article 29 and Ministerial Decree  1827K/30/MEM/2018. The tasks include:
     • Ensure contractors under Mine Development and Mine Effluent to use PPE in accordance with their functions.
     • Conduct random audits related to PPE, equipment, and work sites, and immediately follow up on the results, especially if there is an error or sub-standard condition.
     • Determine and collectively make plans to follow up on tasks/findings assigned to contractors.
     • At the time of inspection can recognize the risk of harm to people, equipment or the environment and take immediate safety measures to avoid the risk.
     • Actively implement safety programs and set an example for contractors through positive actions.
     • Always remind contractors to work in accordance with SOP and prioritize K3L.
  2. Check and Assigning Task
     • Comply with all PTVI and Engineering Department EHS procedures, standards and policies in Engineering Project area.
     • Establishes and directs the Project Quality Assurance & Quality Control program for Engineering
     • Develop QA&QC document as part of project scope of work which to be issued for tender or construction
     • Day to day monitor on all construction progress and activities and reports to Project Engineer and Project Manager
     • Ensuring the Quality Assurance & Quality Control Program is correctly implemented to meet the requirements of the project
     • Arranging a register to house Quality Assurance & Quality Control documents
     • Reporting exceptions or non-compliance simultaneously to the respective Project Manager & Project Engineer
     • Monitor project material handling and inspects upon arrival at PT Vale warehouse or construction site
     • Resolve any construction problems with communication to design engineer and submitting competent recommendation
     • Prepare test and inspection document / report according to applied standards
     • Familiar with the construction schedule and should know how the work that is being inspected fits into the overall schedule
     • Reviewing and updating the Quality Assurance & Quality Control Program and Inspection and Test Plans
     • Liaising with the Quality Assurance & Quality Control representative from the client; and Planning, performing and reporting on audits of subcontractors
     • Identify, develop, initiatives improvement for PTVI infrastructures to be able to operate with high reliability and availability to achieve PTVI Goals
     • Create daily and weekly inspection (Production and Safety) reports

Persyaratan (Qualification) :

• Umum :

1. Sehat jasmani & rohani, dibuktikan dengan surat keterangan sehat dari Rumah Sakit.
2. Memiliki keinginan bekerja yang tinggi, berdedikasi, dapat bekerjasama secara individual dan tim, aktif, jujur dan bertanggung jawab.
3. Memiliki KTP dan berdomisili di Luwu Timur.
4. Tidak memiliki catatan kriminal, dibuktikan dengan SKCK dari kepolisian.
5. Sudah melakukan Vaksinasi Covid-19 minimal yang pertama, dibuktikan dengan Sertifikat atau Surat Keterangan Vaksinasi Covid-19 dari aplikasi Peduli Lindungi Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia.

• Khusus :

1. University Degree preferably Engineering Graduate.
2. Min. 1 years experiences in Mining area with exposure with Heavy Equipment activity is preferable (Familiar in Mining Area Project)
3. Min. 1  years experiences in construction project.
4. Preferred with POP Certification
5. Skills :
   1. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and AutoCAD or other computer-based design program.
   2. Planning, Engineering and Construction experience
   3. Design Analysis and recommend solution
   4. Well verse in Quality Assurance and Quality Control plan.
